LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Rene E. Cloutier II, 28, Lewiston, criminal threatening on April 12, found guilty, fined $200.

Nicholas Colby, 20, Poland, misuse of identification on May 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Mark W. Collar, 37, Lisbon Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 25, dismissed.

Randy Collins, 34, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Feb. 23 and assault on May 2, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 120 days with all but two days suspended and one year probation.

John E. Conant, 36, Canton, failure to register a vehicle on May 14, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael P. Connelly, 52, Bath, operating under the influence, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 10, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended 18 months; second and third charges dismissed.

Clifford Conway, 32, Lewiston, violating condition of release on June 18, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Jennie Cooley, 30, Mechanic Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 13, found guilty, fined $250.

Nicole A. Corliss, 29, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on April 23, offense committed, fined $200.

Samantha L. Cormier, 19, Mexico, transportation of liquor by a minor and possession of liquor by a minor on April 25, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Craig C. Coulombe, 32, Auburn, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and refusing to sign a criminal summons on March 16, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $100 and $100 restitution on first charge; fined $75 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Debbra A. Coulombe, 37, Mechanic Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 28, 2004, and Feb. 28, and operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 31, found guilty on all charges, fined $100 for each on first and second charges; fined $250 on third charge.

Sharon Courtney, 42, Richfield, Utah, operation with false duty rule violation on June 25, 2001, permanently transferred to Superior Court, fined $750.

John Creelman, 35, Auburn, assault on March 31, dismissed.

Paul E. Cress, 55, Lewiston, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on April 5, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

James C. Crocker, 61, Gray Court, S.C., operation out of service rule violation on May 4, found guilty, fined $500.

Andrew D. Crockett, 31, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 1, sent to jury trial.

Melissa Ann Crowley, 39, Sabattus, keeping an unlicensed dog on April 21, fined $50 by default.

Ryan Crowley, 20, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on Feb. 25, offense committed, fined $200.

Jerome Crump, 31, North Hampton, Mass., being a fugitive from justice on May 22, dismissed.

Dawn Marie Cureton, 26, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 5, found guilty, fined $100.

Steven E. Curtis, 18, Lisbon Falls, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 25, offense committed on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Karen L. Cutchin, 31, Jay, driving to endanger on Oct. 20, found guilty, license suspended 30 days and ordered to 75 hours community service.

Delphia M. Cyr, 36, Turner, operating under the influence on April 17, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Shirley L. Daggett, 44, Auburn, endangering the welfare of a child on June 1, 2003 and April 17, 2004, found guilty on both charges, scheduled for sentencing on Sept. 22.

Jacqueline L. Dailey, 39, Stratton, operating under the influence on Jan. 16, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Joshua J. Daly, 28, Norway, operating under the influence on March 6, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Stephen Damon, 20, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on May 27, found guilty, fined $75.

Charles A. Damren, 19, Livermore Falls, operating an ATV on a public way on April 4 and operating while license suspended or revoked on April 7, offense committed on first charge, fined $100; found guilty on second charge, fined $250.

James H. Degen, 61, Buckfield, operating under the influence on Feb. 4, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days.

Jeanelle M. Demers, 19, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 16, found guilty, fined $100.

Wayne K. Dennison II, 30, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Nov. 24, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days.

Daniel J. Derave, 25, Lisbon, failing to stop for an officer on April 29, dismissed.

Timmy J. Derboghosian, 35, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on April 1, found guilty, fined $300.

Todd Derham, 36, Kennebunk, duty status not current rule violation on April 7, found guilty, fined $250.

Edward F. Desmond, 48, Winthrop, operating under the influence and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on May 25, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Stacey L. Desrosiers, 34, Livermore, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and unlawful use of a license on May 26, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Danae M. Deveau, 18, Portsmouth, R.I., possession of liquor by a minor on May 1, offense committed, fined $200.

David E. Devoe, 26, Lewiston, violating a protective order on March 22, sent to jury trial.

Jonathan Alan Dickey, 27, Leeds, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Feb. 13, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $250 on second charge; fined $50 on third charge.

John Dipaolo, 27, Wales, operating under the influence on April 28, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Erwin Dolloff, 65, Rumford, terrorizing on May 11, transferred to Superior Court.

John T. Dorr, 30, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on April 6, found guilty, fined $75.

Christopher Lee Dougherty, 24, Rumford, criminal speed on Feb. 5, found guilty, fined $300.

Matthew H. Downes, 22, Auburn, criminal speed on May 14, found guilty, fined $300.
