AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Daniel J. Coleman, 29, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence on Aug. 1, 2004, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Ryan MacMillan Crump, 24, Raymond, violated probation, sentenced to one year and probation partially revoked and continued.

Shawn Colleen Damon, 40, Auburn, operating under the influence and criminal speed on Aug. 10, 2004, found guilty on both charges, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Brian Scott Day, 25, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 6, found guilty, sentenced to one year with all suspended and one year probation.

Jason M. Dean, 27, Lewiston, operating a motor vehicle after revocation on June 13, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Timothy B. Delisle, 31, Poland, violated probation, sentenced to six months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Kirk Dephilippe, 42, Bangor, theft by receiving stolen property on Nov. 29, 1989, dismissed.

Joseph J. Derbyshire, 72, Lewiston, two counts of aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs on Jan. 31, 2004, unconditional discharge on first charge; second charge dismissed.

Daniel Joseph Desrochers, 25, Auburn, criminal mischief on July 18, 2004, and operating after habitual offender revocation with prior and operating under the influence with two priors on Nov. 25, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and $3,400 restitution on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended, two years probation and $3,400 restitution on second charge; fined $1,100, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and license and registration suspended four years on third charge.

Barry C. Dolloff, 44, Peru, operating under the influence with two priors on Dec. 14, found guilty, fined $1,100, sentenced to nine months at the county jail with all but 10 days suspended, license suspended one year and registration suspended 18 months.

Richard D. Dustin, 53, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence on Aug. 13, 2004, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to three days at the county jail and license suspended 90 days.

Beth Earley, 43, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence and two counts of assault on July 26, 2004, found guilty on all charges, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $250 for each on second and third charges.

Eric K. Ellingwood, 21, Fayette, operating under the influence on Aug. 20, 2004, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Dulian R. Estrada, 38, habitual motor vehicle offender on Aug. 1, 2004, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 60 days at the county jail.

Margaret E. Farnum, 20, Lewiston, criminal mischief on April 16, 2004, and violating condition of release on May 6, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100 and $62.50 restitution.

Paul Fitzherbert, 28, Greene, violated probation, sentenced to two years at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Chase W. Ford, 23, Bath, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two counts of criminal mischief on Oct. 16, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $500 and $640 restitution; and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 20, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

John D. Fortin, 21, Greene, violated probation, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued, and $1,000 restitution.

Jean Fournier, 27, violated probation, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Curtis A. Fowles, 38, Dorchester, Mass., two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Nov. 20, 2003, found not guilty on both charges.

Jay Francesshelli, 31, Auburn, violating a protective order on Aug. 10, 2004, dismissed.

Gary R. Gauthier, 24, Leominster, Mass., burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 8, 2004, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 15 days suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Patrick Raymond Gauthier, 42, Leeds, operating after habitual offender revocation with prior on July 5, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Steven L. Gilbert, 41, Lewiston, harassment on April 28, 2004, filed with no cost.

Brain S. Goldstein, 20, Unity, criminal speed on Aug. 10, 2004, found guilty, fined $400.

Zachary Goulet, 23, Lewiston, burglary on Sept. 22, 2004, dismissed.

Shannon M. Grant, 26, Bridgton, assault, disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on Aug. 23, 2004, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail for each charge.

Jody Lee Hallowell, 35, Lewiston, acquiring drugs by deception on June 14, 2004, dismissed.

Gregory K. Hamilton, 40, New Gloucester, assault on June 18, 2004, and violating condition of release on Aug. 18, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail with all but 45 days suspended and one year probation.

Katherine Handville, 21, Turner, operating under the influence on Aug. 5, 2004, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days.

William M. Harbin, 29, Lisbon, cultivating marijuana and possession of hypodermic apparatuses on June 30, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to six days at the county jail on first charge; fined $500 on second charge.

Daren M. Haslip, 20, Poland, operating under the influence on Aug. 21, 2004 and violating condition of release and operating under the influence with one prior on Sept. 24, 2004, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second and third charges dismissed.

Samuel James Hill, 27, Monmouth, operating after suspension on June 29, 2004, found guilty, fined $300.

Nathan D. Hinxman, 19, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 29, 2004, and burglary of a motor vehicle on July 30, 2004, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $400 on second charge.

Stacy J. Hix, 34, Lewiston, operating under the influence, assault and refusing to sign a criminal summons on Feb. 10, 2002, operating after suspension on March 21, 2002, and promotion of prostitution on June 24, 2002, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,300, sentenced to 40 days at the county jail and license and registration suspended four years; second, third, fourth and fifth charges dismissed.

James Howell, 20, Auburn, violated probation, sentenced to 62 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Stephen A. Hunter, 46, Auburn, aggravated assault, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 28, 2004, all charges dismissed.

Todd Ivan Ingalls, 29, Pittsfield, two counts of assault on Dec. 11, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 180 days at the county jail with all but 12 days suspended and one year probation.

Sonya M. Jennings, 21, Lewiston, theft by deception on Aug. 7, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 20 days suspended, two years probation and $1,480 restitution.

Shane A. Lacasse, 29, Turner, criminal trespass and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Sept. 28, 2004, both charges dismissed.

David R. Lakin, 24, Phillips, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 27, 2003, and murder and kidnapping on March 10, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 52 years at the state prison on second charge and 20 years at the state prison on third charge.

Heidi J. Lamoreau, 31, Augusta, two counts of operating without proof of financial responsibility on July 3, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $250.

Daniel R. Landry, 35, Lewiston, operating under the influence with one prior on July 12, 2004, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months; criminal mischief on Aug. 18, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail; two counts of assault on Jan. 25, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison; and violating condition of release on June 17, found guilty, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison.

William Gregory Lawler, 42, Hopewell Junction, N.Y., operating under the influence with no test on Aug. 8, 2004, found guilty, fined $1,000 and license suspended 90 days.

Shawn Dennis Lawson, 45, operating under the influence on Aug. 31, 2004, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Joshua Leblanc, 21, Weeks Mills, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 17, 2004, found guilty, fined $400.

Raymond Carl Leclair Jr., 39, Auburn, disseminating sexually explicit material and possession of sexually explicit material on July 16, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Dean A. Libby, 33, assault on April 8 and April 11, both charges filed with no cost.

Daniel Locke, 37, Auburn, criminal trespass on Sept. 13, 2004, dismissed.

Christopher O. Loring, 25, Oxford, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on April 16, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 354 days at the county jail with all but 24 days suspended and one year probation.

Richard Edward Lyman Jr., 37, Lewiston, operating under the influence with one prior on July 2, 2004, found guilty, fined $750, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months.

Vinson D. Mangos, 31, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation with prior and attaching false plates on Dec. 9, 2004, both charges dismissed; and robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, assault and criminal trespass on Jan. 16, first, second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth, fifth and sixth charges, sentenced to one day at the county jail for each charge.

Gordon A. Mason, 64, Auburn, assault and two counts of criminal threatening on Aug. 11, 2004, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second and third charges dismissed.

John Matranga Jr., 43, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation with prior, attaching false plates and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 3, 2004, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail; second and third charge dismissed.

Craig M. Matt, 45, Poland, burning without a permit on July 12, 2004, filed with no cost.

Dwight Mcallister, 50, Lewiston, aggravated cruelty to animals on Aug. 24, 2004, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 21 days at the county jail.

Jeffrey Albert McKinney, 36, Sabattus, possessing fireworks, cultivating marijuana, and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on April 26, 2004, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charges, fined $300 for each charge.
