MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) – Portland Sea Dogs Chris Durbin and Sheldon Fulse combined for five hits and six RBIs to put their team ahead of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, 7-4 Friday. Northern Division leader Portland (69-57) extended their division lead to five games and ended second place New Hampshire’s six-game winning streak.

David Pauley (9-5) struck out four and walked one. Jim Mann earned his ninth save with a perfect ninth.

Vince Perkins (6-7) allowed all seven runs on seven hits over five innings, striking out three and walking three.

Durbin’s RBI double and Fulse’s RBI single in the second put Portland ahead 2-0.

Fisher Cat Ron Davenport belted a home run in the fourth inning.
