Brenda Lee Driscoll, 35, Greene, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 21, found guilty, fined $500.

Evan D. Dube, 19, Greene, possession of liquor by a minor on Aug. 14, offense committed, fined $200.

Timothy A. Dubuc, 19, transportation of liquor by a minor and possession of liquor by a minor on April 28, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $400.

Christopher Dugal, 25, Durham, disorderly conduct on Feb. 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Zachary H. Duprey, 18, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and possession of liquor by a minor on March 27, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; fined $200 by default on second charge.

Donna Durgin, 48, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and failure to register a vehicle on March 17, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Graham Duval, 18, Minot, obstructing the report of a crime and assault on Nov. 12, probation violation on both charges, sentenced to 65 days and probation partially revoked.

Marty J. Duval, 34, Lewiston, violating a protective order on April 12, sent to jury trial.

Ralph E. Dyer Jr., disorderly conduct on June 10, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Christina Edmonds, 24, Sabattus, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on April 3 and violating condition of release on June 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to two days.

Eric Edwards, 28, Mechanic Falls, assault, criminal trespass and criminal mischief on April 6, all charges dismissed.

Sidney Phillip Ellis Jr., 46, Montross, Va., duty status not current rule violation on April 25, offense committed, fined $250.

Robert Emerson, 21, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on April 17 and creating a false public alarm or report on May 30, found guilty on all charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge; fined $100 on third charge.

Callie M. Enman, 24, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 3, found guilty, ordered to 40 hours of community service.

James Richard Everett, 29, Auburn, operating under the influence on April 22, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days and license suspended 18 months.

Curtis W. Fanjoy, 43, Turner, operating a snowmobile under the influence on Jan. 9, transferred to Superior Court.

Forest T. Farnum Jr., 18, Lewiston, criminal trespass on Feb. 23, dismissed.

Bud M. Roddy, 31, Leeds, criminal threatening on April 17, and violating condition of release on April 18 and May 3, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to nine days on second charge and 48 hours on third charge.
