AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

James K. Mockler, 38, Sabattus, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Aug. 5, 2004, and failing to notify owner of accident property damage and failing to stop for an officer on Aug. 31, 2004, found guilty on all charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $150 on second charge and fined $200 on third charge.

Nicholas D. Morin, 26, West Paris, violated probation, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Amanda K. Mowery, 41, Auburn, operating under the influence on Sept. 3, 2004, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days.

Louanne Marie Nickerson, 35, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 22, 2004, filed with no charge.

Dwight Ogden Jr., 38, Auburn, two counts of assault on Aug. 25, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but two days suspended and two years probation.

Jose A. Osorio, 33, Lewiston, gross sexual assault on Feb. 15, 2003, and assault on May 3, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail.

Jeffrey T. Paradis, 26, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on July 19, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 45 days at the county jail.

Dennis Parlin, 32, Livermore, operating a motor vehicle after revocation on June 6, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to five days at the county jail.

Jennifer Lee Pelkey, 30, Lewiston, operating under the influence with no test on Aug. 7, 2004, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Aaron K. Pepin, 19, Biddeford, reckless conduct on June 6, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Roger D. Plourde Jr., 23, violated probation, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Roger D. Plourde Jr., 23, Lewiston, 23, assault, obstructing the report of a crime and criminal mischief on Sept. 24, 2004, all charges filed with no cost.

John Arthur Pulas Jr., 22, Auburn, operating under the influence on May 24, 2004, and July 30, 2004, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

James D. Purcell, 37, Freeport, driving to endanger on June 24, 2004, and operating under the influence and refusing to sign a uniform summons complaint on July 24, 2004, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail and license suspended 30 days.

Sarah K. Remel, 22, Lewiston, assault on May 24, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended, two years probation, and ordered to serve 50 of community service within 12 months.

Kenneth Earl Rideout Jr., 36, Auburn, arson on March 22, found not guilty.

Albert Robertson, 36, Lewiston, probation violation, sentenced to nine months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Felipe Rodriguez, 24, Hartford, Conn., robbery on Jan. 19, 2001, disorderly conduct on June 10, 2004, and gross sexual assault on Aug. 25, 2004, probation violation on first charge, sentenced to five years at the state prison and probation partially revoked; second and third charges dismissed.

Howard P. Rowe, 36, Litchfield, driving to endanger on June 27, 2004, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended 30 days.

Alan James Roy, 24, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 7, found guilty, sentenced to 81 days at the county jail and $20 restitution.

David Russell, 29, Auburn, violated probation, sentenced to three days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Mary T. Salterio, 44, West Paris, terrorizing on April 16, 2004, filed with no cost.

Corey R. Sampson, 24, Auburn, operating under the influence on Aug. 2, 2004, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

John Sawyer, 31, Lewiston, violating condition of release on March 22 and June 21, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 32 days at the county jail for each charge.

Scott L. Scanlon, 25, Lewiston, operating a motor vehicle after revocation on June 16, 2004, and operating under the influence with two priors on May 29, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; fined $1,100, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended four years on second charge.

Matthew Michael Simpson, 25, Auburn, operating under the influence on Aug. 22, 2004, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Kimberly Ann Sloan, 26, Lewiston, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Aug. 27, 2004, found guilty, fined $300.

Curtis E. Snyder Sr., 36, Lewiston, violated probation, sentenced to three days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Demetrius Starks, 24, Winthrop, violated probation, sentenced to 22 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Jason Toomey, 28, Mechanic Falls, escape on April 12 and April 21, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail.

Shaun Tuttle, 22, Lewiston, criminal mischief on March 3, 2004, and murder and kidnapping on March 10, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 47 years at the state prison on second charge and 20 years at the state prison on third charge.

Adam Udall, 23, Lewiston, violated probation, sentenced to 19 days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued and $1,000 restitution.

Bryan Vincent, 24, Lewiston, forgery and creating a false public alarm or report on May 31, 2004, and forgery on Sept. 16, 2004, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to nine months at the county jail with all suspended, one year probation and $3,961 restitution on first charge; sentenced to 90 days at the county jail with all suspended, one year probation and $3,961 restitution on second charge; sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and $3,180 restitution on third charge.

James Vining, 43, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 24, 2004, and burglary of a motor vehicle on June 28, 2004, found guilty on first charge, unconditional release; second charge dismissed.

Stephen Joseph Warren, 26, Lewiston, burglary, criminal trespass and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 29, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 21 days suspended and one year probation for each charge; fourth charge dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, forgery and violating condition of release on Jan. 2, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 21 days suspended and one year probation for each charge; and violating condition of release and theft by receiving stolen property on May 8, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 21 days suspended and one year probation for each charge for each charge.

Ernest Timothy Watson Jr., 29, assault on April 5, dismissed.

Joseph E. Wengland, 46, Portland, theft by deception on March 29, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 20 days suspended, two years probation and $5,644 restitution.

Bruce Richard Wing, 23, Mexico, assault and disorderly conduct on Sept. 4, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Lorraine Woodard, 67, Livermore, assault on Aug. 28, 2004, filed with no cost.

Michael A. York, 46, South China, operating under the influence with no test and reckless conduct on Aug. 13, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to six days at the county jail.
