Lewiston – Nitro Fitness, a core circuit training for men, will open soon at 1174 Lisbon St., next to Sherwin Williams. It is designed for the man who has little time to workout, with 24-hour access available. Nitro Fitness offers a 30-minute core circuit system with personalized attention by trained professional staff. Staff work with each individual to determine the appropriate workout levels, to evaluate fitness progression, and to motivate them.

The Nitro Fitness franchise was started in January in Kansas City. It opened its second franchise in Oakland, Maine, in June.
