Cory Lee Tripp, 29, Oxford, theft by deception on Oct. 2, found guilty, fined $100 and $500 restitution.

James A. Tuite, 30, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Sept. 18, found guilty, fined $75 and $250 restitution.

David P. Turner, 27, Sabattus, violating condition of release on June 18, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

Shawn L. Turner, 21, Lewiston, criminal threatening on March 26, found guilty, fined $150.

Amber R. Tuttle, 20, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Victoria April Tyler, 27, Lewiston, obstructing government administration on April 29, found guilty, fined $75.

Gail A. Urquhart, 42, Farmington, possession of marijuana on May 5, offense committed, fined $200.

Anthony Vachon, 20, Auburn, possession of liquor by a minor on March 11, found guilty, fined $200.

Jason Vachon, 18, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 30, found guilty, fined $250.

Nicholas R. Vachon, 27, Lewiston, criminal mischief and criminal trespass on April 27, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Barry Valcourt, 28, Lewiston, criminal threatening on May 28, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days.

Bertha Valenzuela, 38, Turner, attaching false plates on April 11, found guilty, fined $75.

Cheralynn Vandenburgh, 28, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on April 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Lincoln C. Varnum, 23, Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 8, found guilty, fined $250.

Harold R. Veinot, 41, New Gloucester, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 3, found guilty, fined $250.

John Violette, 21, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on April 1, offense committed, fined $200.

Robert W. Walker, 66, Poland, criminal speed on May 1, found guilty, fined $300.

Gary H. Walling, 42, Lisbon Falls, operating a vehicle without a license on Feb. 21, found guilty, fined $250.

Aaron Ward, 18, Old Orchard Beach, fishing without a valid license on Sept. 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Stephen Joseph Warren, 26, Lewiston, indecent conduct on April 3, found guilty, fined $50.

Samuel Waterman, 22, Sabattus, operating under the influence and unlawful use of a license on Feb. 23, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge and $50 on second charge.

William S. Watson II, 34, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation and violating condition of release on May 25, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Francis N. Waweru, 37, Dracut, Mass., operating under the influence on May 20, sent to jury trial.

Stephen W. Weber, 42, Durham, violating a protective order on March 18, filed, fined $300.

Torrie R. Weeks, 23, Lisbon operating while license suspended or revoked on May 5, found guilty, fined $250.

James E. Whirley, 24, Lewiston, assault on March 13, probation violation, sentenced to four days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Kayla M. White, 22, West Bath, operating under the influence on Oct. 24, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Ty Albert Whitworth, 31, Poland, assault on July 22, 2004, and operating under the influence and violating condition of release on March 10, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation on first charge; fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Jeremy S. Wilbur, 24, Lewiston, assault on June 3, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Tonya J. Wilbur, 31, Lewiston, operating under the influence on April 26, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Douglas Wiles, 49, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence on April 9, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Daphnie S. Williams, 24, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Feb. 19, found guilty, fined $150.

Erik Scott Williams, 26, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 29, found guilty, fined $250.

Jennifer M. Williams, 26, Temple, operating under the influence, theft by unauthorized use of property and violating condition of release on Jan. 29, found guilty on first charge; fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 48 hours.

Mark S. Williams, 49, Minot, failing to stop for an officer on April 17, dismissed.

Travis R. Williams, 22, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 20, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Andrew Willigar, 20, Lewiston, violating condition of release and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on April 19 and violating condition of release, assault and carrying a concealed weapon on May 7, all charges sent to jury trial.

Wendy M. Willis, 45, Augusta, negotiating a worthless instrument on June 13, found guilty, fined $100 and $369.92 restitution.

Gregory Alan Wilson, 24, Lewiston, being a fugitive from justice on May 31, dismissed.

Roosevelt M. Wilson, 33, Auburn, terrorizing on April 28, found guilty, fined $75.

Shawn D. Wilson, 25, Lewiston, assault on May 28, found guilty, fined $150.

Gregory A. Wilson, 46, Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Oct. 16, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Gregory Alan Wilson, 24, Lewiston, being a fugitive from justice on May 31, dismissed.

Jamela Wilson, 27, Lewiston, burglary on March 22 and violating condition of release and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 18, first charge transferred to Superior Court; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Russell B. Wilson, 23, Poland, assault on Aug. 29, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Scott B. Wilson, 36, Livermore Falls, violating condition of release on March 10, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

William Wilson, 26, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 20, filed with no cost.

Matthew E. Winters, 23, Orono, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 5, found guilty, fined $250.

Michael Winslow, 55, Poland, possession of marijuana on May 3, offense committed, fined $200.

Jeffrey Wright, 46, Livermore, criminal threatening on March 30 and March 31, both charges filed with no cost.

Keith Wright, 28, Auburn, operating under the influence on March 26, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Eric R. Workman, 35, New Harbor, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Feb. 3, 2000, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours; second charge dismissed.

Frances M. Wood, 20, Lewiston, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 19, both charges sent to jury trial.

Michael Woodhouse, 23, Durham, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident and failing to make an oral or written accident report on April 15, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 for each charge.

Benjamin William Wyne, 41, Mechanic Falls, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Nov. 15, 2003, found guilty, fined $300.

Travis R. Young, 33, Lewiston, assault on Nov. 29 and violating a protective order on April 29, probation violation on first charge; sentenced to five days and probation partially revoked and continued; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to five days.

Angela Gerhart York, 25, Portland, negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 24, found guilty, fined $100 and $700 restitution.

Raymond Zawisza, 18, Auburn, transportation of liquor by a minor on May 5, offense committed, fined $100 and license suspended 30 days.

Lisa Gervais Zemla, 34, Lisbon, negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 9, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael Zemla, 36, Litchfield, criminal speed on Feb. 19, found guilty, fined $300.
