John J. Aiello, 42, Billerica, Mass., operating while license suspended or revoked on March 20, found guilty, fined $250.

Seth Aldrich, 24, Durham, furnishing liquor to a minor on May 20, found guilty, fined $20.

Eric J. Anderson, 33, Mechanic Falls, violating condition of release on April 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Ronald M. Antanavich, 39, Sidney, disorderly conduct on Jan. 16, sent to jury trial.

Bobbie Jo Asbury, 45, Auburn, theft by deception and misuse of identification on Nov. 30, 2002, both charges sent to jury trial.

Matthew J. Aube, 36, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on May 12, offense committed, fined $200.

Timothy J. Aube, 37, Auburn, assault, terrorizing and cultivating marijuana on June 28, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 120 days with all but three days suspended and two years probation; second and third charges dismissed.

Shawn E. Austin, 23, Dixfield, operating under the influence on April 30, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days.

Nichole May Bachelder, 21, East Livermore, disorderly conduct on Dec. 10, 2003, found guilty, fined $100.

Ryan L. Bachelder, 21, Turner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 12, 2003, found guilty, fined $50 and $39 restitution.

Jeffrey W. Baldwin, 21, Auburn, possession of marijuana on July 4, offense committed, fined $350.

Adam C. Barter, 29, Auburn, operating under the influence on June 3, sent to jury trial.

Nicholas Bayley, 43, Auburn, operating a vehicle with an expired temporary registration on Oct. 19, dismissed.

Kristen M. Beairsto, 18, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 5 and April 6, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 for each charge.

Pepper E. Beal, 31, Lewiston, operating without a license on April 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael A. Beaule, 47, Sabattus, failing to pay tax or file return on April 15, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to six months with all but 10 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to 10 days on second charge; and fined $250 for each on third and fourth charges.

Tyson S. Beaule, 19, Lewiston, possessing liquor by a minor on May 21, offense committed, fined $200.

Donald L. Beaulieu, 35, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license on April 17, dismissed.

Nathan Belanger, 19, probation violation on Jan. 2, sentenced to 180 days and probation revoked; and terrorizing, assault and criminal mischief on May 18, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 90 days for each charge; and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on May 23, sentenced to 90 days.

Anthony J. Belisle, 26, Lewiston, operating under the influence on April 2, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license and registration suspended 18 months.

Stephanie Bell, 31, West Paris, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 1, sent to jury trial.
