PORTLAND – Kathleen Noel King of Poland recently completed a three-year management program in conjunction with the Credit Union National Association and the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Business.
The program requires two weeks of residence in Madison each summer and project work throughout the three-year term.
First and second-year students attend classes in management, human relations, leadership, credit and collections, market research, budget and auditing, while third-year students participate in an in-depth study of their own credit union operations. Classes are conducted by University of Wisconsin-Madison professors, industry experts and credit union personnel, with assistance from the association’s Center for Executive Development staff.
