LEWISTON – The Successful Aging Series, hosted by Club 50 and d’Youville Pavilion, will present a free seminar, “Seniors and Computers – It’s a Great Time to Try Them,” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, in the d’Youville resident dining room.

The informal, interactive presentation is geared directly to seniors who have been reluctant to join the technological age most have made part of their lives.

Topics will include a review of improvements that have made it so much easier to learn how to use a computer; options to consider in purchasing a computer system, and address other concerns that have kept seniors from embracing computing.

Jim Boucher of 1-on-1 Computer Training will present the hour-long free program. Family members are encouraged to join interested seniors. Papa Boucher’s home made fudge will also be served. Register by calling 753-5467.
