RUMFORD – The following cases were handled recently in 11th District Court.

Troy D. Barnes, 49, Roxbury, operating under the influence with one prior and operating without a license on May 17, both charges sent to jury trial.

David Borst, 21, Greenwood, theft by receiving stolen property on July 1, sent to jury trial.

Jessie Cross, 23, Mexico, gross sexual assault on June 24, transferred to Superior Court.

David M. Flaherty, 31, Alfred, burglary on July 25, transferred to Superior Court.

Dale C. Gaudin, 42, Rumford, operating under the influence with two priors and operating a vehicle without a license on May 31, both charges sent to jury trial.

Sim D. Hanks, 20, Jackson, operating after suspension on March 21, waived, fined $200.

Charles D. Kessinger II, 23, Jay, operating under the influence, habitual motor vehicle offender and violating condition of release on July 18, all charges sent to jury trial.

Christopher A. Lill, 33, Mexico, burglary on July 25, transferred to Superior Court.

Richard A. McInnis, 66, Rumford, driving to endanger, acquittal granted.

Shawn McLean, 35, Andover, fishing without a valid license on Sept. 27, waived, fined $100.

Jesse L. Merrill, 20, Dixfield, criminal threatening, assault and aggravated assault on June 3 and aggravated criminal mischief on June 18, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Michael R. Sargent, 36, Peru, burglary and aggravated assault on June 23 and tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim and violating condition of release on July 5, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Michelle Shaker, 18, Rumford, possession of marijuana on March 14, dismissed.

Michelle Shaker, 18, South Paris, violating condition of release on May 6, dismissed.

William J. Shrout, 45, Greenwood, theft by receiving stolen property on July 1, sent to jury trial.

Philip M. Smith, 42, Roxbury, hunting or possessing moose during closed season on Nov. 18, night hunting and hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait on Dec. 8, night hunting, hunting or possessing bear during closed season and hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait on Dec. 9, and disturbing traps of another, hindering apprehension or prosecution and two counts of criminal simulation on April 1, all charges sent to jury trial.

Mary M. Touchette, 77, Roxbury, assault on Aug. 7, sent to jury trial.

Albert Zale Jr., 41, Roxbury, operating under the influence with one prior on May 25, sent to jury trial.
