BRUNSWICK – The Maine Crafts Association is sponsoring workshops this month on “Your Craft, Your Business” to enhance the business skills of craft artists.

These all-day workshops are on Fridays in the Curtis Memorial Library, 23 Pleasant St.

The upcoming topics are: Friday, Sept. 16, “Web Marketing: Today’s Marketing Tool”; Sept. 23, “Selecting and Really Showing up at Shows”; and Sept. 30, “Pricing Your Work so That You Aren’t Giving it Away.”

Each workshop will be a hands-on, interactive session led by instructors who are successful craft artists or professionals in related fields. Each workshop is $80 for Maine Crafts Association members and $110 for nonmembers, with a price break for attending these three classes.
