AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Carol A. Bilodeau, 53, Lisbon Falls, probation violation, probation partially revoked and continued, and $8,388 restitution.

Richard W. Caswell, 25, Lisbon, assault on Nov. 23, 2003, dismissed.

Michael Keith Cloutier, 43, Lewiston, probation violation, probation partially revoked and continued.

Roberto Continat, 18, Auburn, aggravated criminal mischief on April 10, dismissed.

Alan J. Cooper, 22, West Paris, probation violation, sentenced to 19 months at the State Prison and probation revoked.

Brian R. Cormier, 27, Harrison, forgery on May 5, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the State Prison with all suspended, two years probation and $3,063.88 restitution.

Donald E. Corriveau, 68, Lewiston, probation violation, sentenced to one year at the State Prison, probation partially revoked and continued, $1,000 restitution, and 400 hours of community service within 36 months.

Robert A. Crabtree, 38, Portland, criminal threatening on Aug. 30, dismissed.

Erwin Arthur Dolloff, 65, Rumford, terrorizing on May 11, found guilty, sentenced to 72 days at the County Jail.

Dean Fitzherbert, 33, Auburn, probation violation, sentenced to 15 months at the State Prison and probation revoked.

Dean Fitzherbert, 33, Lewiston, terrorizing, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, carrying a concealed weapon and two counts of criminal mischief on May 27, 2003, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to six months at the County Jail with all suspended, one year probation and $2,267.44 for each charge.

Dean Fitzherbert, 33, Greene, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on July 9, found guilty, sentenced to three years at the state prison.

Mark R. Fortin, 47, York, operating under the influence with two priors on Feb. 1, found guilty, fined $1,000 and license suspended 90 days.

Wylie Harris, 47, Lewiston, unlawful sexual contact on Feb. 15, 1999, sentenced to 10 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Nicholas Richard Jones, 25, Portland, probation violation, sentenced to two years at the state prison and probation revoked.

Aron Labbe, 28, Brunswick, burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 6, 2001 and Nov. 24, 2001, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to four years at the state prison with all suspended, four years probation and $2,000 restitution for each on all charges.

Aron Labbe, 28, Brunswick, criminal mischief and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 16, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 11 months at the County Jail on first charge; sentenced to one year at the state prison for each on second and third charges.

Aron M. Labbe, 28, Brunswick, burglary, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 18, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to one year at the state prison for each charge.

Seth W. Leavitt, 26, Turner, probation violation, sentenced to 15 months at the state prison and probation revoked.

Omer J. Levesque, 52, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and criminal conspiracy on June 11, 2003, both charges dismissed.

James K. Mockler, 38, Sabattus, eluding an officer on Aug. 31, dismissed.

Noel Pagan, 21, Lewiston, probation violation, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

John Scott Peters, 44, Auburn, operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Jan. 31, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months; second charge dismissed.

Albert Powers, 33, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 14, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison with all suspended and one year and six months probation.

April D. Safford, 31, Lisbon, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 18, dismissed.

Corey R. Sampson, 24, Auburn, refusing to sign a summons on Aug. 2, 2004, dismissed.

Philip M. Smith, 42, Roxbury, two counts of violating a protective order on April 24, both charges dismissed.

Julie Agnes Spaulding, 34, Rumford, probation violation, sentenced to two days at the County Jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Richard Thorpe, 24, Lewiston, three counts of probation violation, sentenced to three years at the state prison and probation revoked on first charge; sentenced to three days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each on second and third charges.

Stephen Joseph Warren, 26, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, forgery and violating condition of release on Jan. 2, and violating condition of release and theft by receiving stolen property on May 8, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 21 days for each charge.

George Washington, 37, Lewiston, probation violation, sentenced to two years at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Debra L. Wing, 45, Norway, probation violation, sentenced to four years at the county jail with all but six months suspended and three years probation.
