NEW YORK (AP) – A 13-year-old Staten Island boy died early Saturday after he was hit by a truck driven by his mother, police said.
Stephen Lewis was struck by the Dodge Ram truck at about 1:15 a.m. in a Staten Island parking lot, police said.
Police said Lewis was pronounced dead at a hospital at 1:50 a.m. His 38-year-old mother, whose name was not released, was not arrested or issued any summonses.
