• Raymond E. Thomas Jr., 38, of Rumford, by Rumford police on Sept. 15 on charges of operating under the influence, operating beyond license restrictions, and failing to yield to the right of way on a throughway. Bail was set at $800 cash and a court date was scheduled for Nov. 8 in the Rumford District Court.

• Timothy Charles Miles, 28, of Carthage N.Y., Sept. 15 on an Oxford Superior Court warrant charging burglary and theft. Bail was set at $2,500.

• Laura L. Tetmeyer, 42, of Rumford, by Rumford police Sept. 15 on a Rumford District Court warrant charging failure to pay fines. Bail was set at $360.

• Timothy J. Hruz, 44, of Fryeburg, by Fryeburg police Sept. 15 on a probation hold. No bail was allowed.

• Victoria Lynn Jipson, 37, of Paris, by Paris police Sept. 15 on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing government and administration. She was released on personal recognizance and must appear South Paris District Court on Nov. 28.

• Dale A. Chase, 24, of Oxford, by Paris police Sept. 14 on an Androscoggin County warrant charging violation of bail conditions. No bail was allowed.

• Brooke Bernier, 25, of Paris, by the Oxford sheriff’s office Sept. 14 for two court warrants from Portland District Court and Androscoggin Superior Court charging failure to pay fines for operating under the influence, and failure to appear for a charge of theft. Total bail was $3,420.

• Jay Mark Webster, 27, of Rumford, by Rumford police Sept. 14 on a West Bath District Court warrant charging failure to appear on a charge of operating under the influence. Bail was set at $400.

• Jason M. Brown, 27, of Norway, by the Maine State Police on Sept. 14 for a violation of a protection-from-abuse order. Bail was set at $500 cash.

• Jessica Anne Gammon, 26, of Jay, by the Oxford County sheriff’s office Sept. 14 for violation of bail conditions and a charge of simple assault. No bail was allowed for these charges. Gammon was also arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Shermon Tyrone Owens, 46, of Lewiston, on a Rumford District Court warrant Sept. 14 for failure to pay fines for theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property. Bail was set at $180 cash.

• Deborah Mary Jamison, 36, of Rumford, by Rumford police Sept. 14 on a South Paris District Court warrant for operating after suspension. Bail was set at $635.

• Patrick Francis McDonald, 40, of New York City, Sept. 13 in Bridgton on a charge of operating under the influence. He was sentenced to 48 hours, beginning Sept. 13.

• Dareen N. Kemp, 34, of Sumner, by the Oxford County Sheriff’s Department on Sept. 12 on charges of domestic assault and terrorizing. He was released on a $200 bail with domestic violence conditions, and is scheduled to appear in the South Paris District Court on Oct. 24.

• Glenn Scott Dubois, 28, of Rumford, Sept. 12 on a probation hold. No bail was allowed.

• Meunoa Marion Manjourea, 37, of Bangor, self-committed on Sept. 12 on a warrant for operating under the influence and was sentenced to seven days.

• Thomas Elingwood Lowell, 24, of Hartford, Sept. 12 on a South Paris District Court warrant for operating under the influence. He was sentenced to seven days.
