RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

John Belyea, 20, Peru, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on May 30, offense committed on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

John Patrick Bernard, 40, Rumford, obstructing the report of a crime and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 7, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

Mellissa Burnham, 23, Dixfield, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 4, filed with no cost.

Heidi D. Cantelo, 35, Dixfield, operating under the influence, theft by unauthorized use of property and assault on May 29, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $200 and $3,858.70 restitution.

Travis L. Childs, 18, Peru, violating condition of release on Sept. 3, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Willis Lambert Cissel Jr., 66, Rumford, allowing a dog to be at large on Sept. 3, waived, fined $50.

Jeremy L. Cormier, 19, Rumford, possession of marijuana on July 17, offense committed, fined $350.

Ryan P. Cronkhite, 21, Livermore Falls, possession of marijuana on July 4, fined $425 by default.

Todd T. Davis, 29, Bethel, hunting on Sunday and hunting without a valid license on July 24, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Richard L. Downs, 54, Rumford, violating condition of release on Sept. 3, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

John P. Dube, 44, Kennebunk, operating or permitting operation with no ID or validation displayed on July 24, waived, fined $100.

Patrick Eaton, 31, Hanover, operating a vehicle without a license and attaching false plates on July 11, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; second charge dismissed.

Heidi Ann Ellis, 34, Dixfield, assault on Aug. 19, filed with no cost.

Casey C. Flagg, 26, Carthage, operating under the influence with one prior and operating while license suspended or revoked on May 20, found guilty on both charges, fined $700, sentenced to seven days and license and registration suspended 18 months on first charge; fined $500 on second charge.

Patrick J. Gallagher, 45, Rumford, assault on July 4, sent to jury trial.

Patrick A. Game, 38, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on April 20, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Nelson E. Girard Jr., 18, Stonington, Conn., criminal speed on Aug. 13, found guilty, fined $300.

Maurice F. Hart, 35, Sumner, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 2, dismissed.

Steven Hentschel, 39, Andover, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 8, found guilty, fined $500.

David Hodgkins, 45, Roxbury, operating an ATV on land of another without permission and failing to comply with duty to submit on May 28, offense committed on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $200 on second charge.

Erick T. Jones, 21, Peru, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on July 4 and littering on July 19, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; offense committed on second charge, fined $100.

Dustin R. Leblanc, 19, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 22, found guilty, fined $500.

Chad Lebourdais, 28, Greene, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to give a correct name, address or date of birth on July 13, found guilty on both charges, fined $750 on first charge; fined $150 on second charge.

Kenneth F. Little, 32, Ashland, Mass., violating a fishing rule on July 5, waived, fined $100.

Robert M. Lovell Jr., 47, Mexico, assault on July 23, filed with no cost.

Andre Lyons, 42, Essex Junction, Vt., kindling a fire without permission on Aug. 14, waived, fined $100.
