The Sun Journal’s “Cook of the Week” series, which runs on Wednesdays, features ordinary folks in the tri-county area who make yummy dishes for friends and family. We tell readers a little something about each cook, who shares three recipes. We hope to offer a variety of recipes – low-calorie, vegetarian, quick dishes, specialty dishes, desserts, you name it.
