AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Glen L. Austin, 50, Rangeley, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Oct. 4, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty, fined $300 and license suspended 30 days.

Lisa M. Bailey, 21, Lewiston, probation violation, sentenced to 30 days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Chad T. Bean, 23, Bethel, operating under the influence with two priors on Sept. 29, 2004, found guilty, fined $750, sentenced to 60 days with all but 12 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended 18 months.

Daniel N. Beaudoin, 38, Lisbon, criminal mischief on Sept. 17, 2004, found guilty, fined $100 and $400 restitution.

Carol A. Bilodeau, 53, Lisbon Falls, probation violation on two charges, sentenced to 16 months at the state prison, probation partially revoked and continued and $8,388.50 restitution for each charge.

Joseph A. Bosse, 24, Gray, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Aug. 4, 2004, filed, fined $100.

Tarina D. Botelho, 32, Lewiston, murder and manslaughter on Sept. 5, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 15 years at the state prison with all but 10 years suspended, six years probation and $1,000 restitution.

Trevor Boyce, 24, Raymond, probation violation on two charges, sentenced to five months at the county jail and probation partially revoked for each charge.

Deniece Cannon, 38, probation violation, sentenced to six months and probation partially revoked and continued.

Alysha M. Comeau, 21, Lewiston, operating after suspension on June 5, 2004, found guilty, fined $200.

Laura L. Cook, 27, Lewiston, violating condition of release and endangering the welfare of a child on Nov. 12, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended and one year probation for each charge.

Ryan MacMillan Crump, 24, Raymond, robbery on Sept. 11, 2001, dismissed.

Paul A. Cyr, 58, Greene, hunting from a blind overlooking deer bait on Oct. 1, 2004, found guilty, fined $200.

Sarge Daigle, 55, Wilton, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Nov. 21, filed, fined $100.

Laura Desrosiers, 23, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 20, 2004, found guilty, fined $150 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Ambrosia Estrada, 22, Vasselboro, operating under the influence on Sept. 1, 2004, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Reginald E. Farrington, 38, Lewiston, operating after revocation on May 10, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Richard Fongemie, 36, Wilton, probation violation, sentenced to five months and probation partially revoked and continued.

Patrick R. Fortine, 25, Auburn, probation violation on two charges, sentenced to 10 days and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Kevin Goulet, 25, Auburn, probation violation, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Nathan Harrington, 22, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Sept. 10, 2004, filed with no cost.

Catherine Opal Hewey, 42, Lewiston, assault and criminal mischief on Feb. 13, both charges dismissed.

Robert M. Holcomb Jr., 25, Winthrop, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug, dismissed; three counts of stealing drugs, all three charges dismissed; and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unconditional discharge on both charges; all charges on March 31, 2004.

Everett W. Jankowski, 36, Lewiston, probation violation, sentenced to 13 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Norman William Johnson Jr., 34, Rumford, criminal mischief and two counts of assault on Dec. 10, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 14 days at the county jail and $100 restitution on second charge; sentenced to 14 days at the county jail on third charge.

Scott D. Laverty, 47, Auburn, theft by deception on June 7, 2004, filed with no cost.

Jeffrey C. Leary, 27, Naples, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Nov. 23, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300 and license suspended 30 days.

Beverly E. March Ward, 48, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 8, 2004, filed with no cost.

Jackie Sarah McBurnie, 24, Lewiston, theft of services on Oct. 6, 2003, found guilty, fined $100; and theft of services and misuse of identification on March 1, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Jeffrey W. McRobbie, 48, Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 6, 2004, dismissed.

Felix A. Merced, 35, Lewiston, probation violation, sentenced to nine months at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Brian Allen Morin, 22, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 24, found guilty, sentenced to 161 days at the county jail.

Keith James Nielsen, 44, Scarborough, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Aug. 22, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $400 and license suspended 30 days.

Amber Elizabeth Owen, 20, Mechanic Falls, disorderly conduct on Oct. 26, 2004, found guilty, fined $250.

Albert P. Passalaqua, 47, Auburn, assault on Oct. 15, 2004, filed with no cost.

Amy Mae Rawlings, 20, Rumford, probation violation, sentenced to 36 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Douglas L. Ray Jr., 32, New Gloucester, criminal trespass and assault on Oct. 20, 2004, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge and $200 on second charge.

Thomas H. Remillard, 39, Lewiston, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 22, found guilty on first charge, fined $800 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Bruce C. Russo Jr., 19, Auburn, assault on Oct. 31, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours at the county jail.

Charles M. Sanders, 45, Lewiston, probation violation, sentenced to 12 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Charles M. Sanders, 45, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation with one prior and operating under the influence with two priors on Aug. 10, found guilty on both charges, fined $1,000 and sentenced to one year at the state prison on first charge; fined $1,400, sentenced to six months at the county jail and license and registration suspended four years on second charge.

John P. Schnopp Jr., 20, Lewiston, burglary on May 16, found guilty, sentenced to one year with all but 31 days suspended, one year probation and $400 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief, burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by receiving stolen property on May 16, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 31 days for each charge.

Lorine Sue Socci, 33, Lewiston, trafficking in prison contraband and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 13, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000.

Nicholas L. St. Laurent, 22, Buckfield, probation violation, no sentence imposed.

Rebecca J. Turcotte, 43, Livermore Falls, assault on Oct. 30, dismissed.

Adam Udall, 23, Lewiston, probation violation on two charges, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison and probation partially revoked for each charge.

George Washington, 37, Lewiston, probation violation on four charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.
