RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

James A. Austin, 49, Oquossoc, violating condition of release, operating under the influence, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and operating after registration suspended on June 12, found guilty on all charges, fined $250 on first charge; $600 on second charge; $200 on third charge; and $250 on fourth charge; also charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating condition of release on July 2, first charge dismissed; fined $250 on second charge.

Jacob K. Bartholomew, 28, North Conway, N.H., operating a vehicle without a license on May 19, dismissed.

Melinda Blodgett, 21, Rumford, possession of marijuana on April 16, and disorderly conduct on April 22, offense committed on first charge, fined $250; found guilty on second charge, fined $50.

Lucinda M. Boulanger, 29, Dixfield, keeping a dangerous dog and two counts of allowing an at risk breed to run at large on May 4, offense committed on first charge, fined $200; second and third charges dismissed.

Michael J. Burgess, 30, Mexico, disorderly conduct on April 5, found guilty, fined $100.

Daniel W. Catlin, 29, Durham, assault on April 17, dismissed.

John Dietrich, 50, Greenwood, Conn., failure to register a vehicle on April 26, not enough information to bring charges.

Joseph M. Downs, 27, Rumford, probation violation on a Dec. 13, 2001, sexual abuse charge, sentenced to four months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Joseph M. Downs, 27, Rumford, disorderly conduct on July 28, and violation condition of release on Aug. 13, both charges dismissed.

Mark Duguay, 46, Mexico, possession of marijuana on Feb. 28, dismissed.

Donn E. Dyer, 58, Rumford, violation condition of release on July 7, dismissed.

Seth Fournier, 25, Rumford, driving to endanger on June 21, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 30 days.

Tammi L. Gilks, 28, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on April 4, 2004, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $400.

Russell Hamilton, 45, Rumford, operating under the influence, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days; second, third and fourth charges dismissed; also charged with violating condition of release on April 24, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Derek J. Hutchinson, 34, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery on Sept. 30, 2002, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended, one year probation and $268 restitution; also charged with failure to appear in court on a criminal summons and failure to appear after bailed on Dec. 3, 2002, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 72 hours.

James D. Irish, 21, Carthage, operating under the influence on April 29, found guilty, fined $500.

Norman W. Johnson, 34, Rumford, possession of marijuana on April 22, offense committed, fined $200; also charged with two counts of keeping a barking dog and two counts of keeping an unlicensed dog on May 9, all charges dismissed; also charged with keeping a dangerous dog on May 9 and May 10, offense committed on both charges, fined $200 for each charge.

Mark D. Kerr, 48, Dixfield, failing to yield the right of way on April 10, filed, fined $100.

Daniel Linen, 40, Cohoes, N.Y., operating under the influence on April 15, dismissed.

Jody J. Morin, 35, Bethel, burning without a permit on April 11, found guilty, fined $50.

Jeanette C. Nault, 31, Rumford, possession of marijuana on June 17, and assault and violating condition of release on June 18, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $150.

Robert Pelletier, 25, Mexico, assault on April 15, dismissed.

Brendon L. Rackliff, 25, Dixfield, disorderly conduct on May 23, dismissed.

Vicki L. Reid, 45, Dixfield, operating under the influence on April 4, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Ewan S. Schooling, 35, Greenwood, operating under the influence on April 10, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Allen J. Scott, 46, Mexico, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, attaching false plates, and failure to register a vehicle on Dec. 30, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $100 for each charge; also charged with attaching false plates and failure to register a vehicle on March 5, both charges dismissed.

Philip M. Smith, 42, Roxbury, violating a protective order and violating condition of release on May 10, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $250.

Brandy L. Therrien, 26, Mexico, disorderly conduct on April 15, found guilty, fined $100.

John W. Wyman, 83, Rumford, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Jan. 26, both charges fined, fined $100 for each charge.
