• A car driven by Angelita Williams, 46, of Lewiston, was rear-ended while she was stopped on Lisbon Street at Essex Street at 12:03 p.m. Saturday to allow pedestrians to cross. Her 2004 Toyota 4-door received no damages. It was struck by a 1998 Ford van driven by Scott Baker, 30, of Lewiston. His van suffered an estimated $300 in damage. That van was in turn hit by a 2002 Ford 2-door driven by David Marcotte, 40, of Woolwich. That car, owned by Champagne’s Energy of Woolwich, received an estimated $3,000 in damage.

• Ryan Carballo, 22, 100 Union St., Rockland, at 95 Spring St., at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, charged with refusal to submit to arrest and violation of bail conditions.

• Paul Russell, 38, 178 Horton St., Lewiston, at the police station, 255 Park St. at 11:40 p.m. Saturday on a warrant alleging unpaid fines on a charge of operating under the influence.
