Guled Mohammed S. Abdulahi, 30, Lewiston, charged with making material misstatement of fact, May 5, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $150.

Abdullahi I. Abdullah, 21, Lewiston, charged with failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and operating a vehicle without a license, June 25, Lewiston; found guilty on both charges; fined $75 on first charge and $100 on second charge.

Antonio Abreu, 35, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, July 9, Auburn; found guilty and fined $100.

Allen R. Albanesi, 60, Rumford, charged with operating a vehicle without a license, April 9, Lewiston; found guilty, fined $100.

Darla A. Allen, 41, Lewiston, charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug, May 22; dismissed.

John J. Allen, 42, Oxford, Mass., charged with operating greater than headway speed, July 4, Sabattus; found guilty, fined $100.

Wendi L. Arnold, 42, Auburn, charged with violating condition of release, obstructing report of a crime and criminal trespass, July 9, Auburn; sent to jury trial.

Wilson W. Arroyo, 41, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery, June 22, Auburn; sent to jury trial.

Tricia Arsenault, 28, Monmouth, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, June 23, Lewiston; found guilty, fined $250.

Kamal O. Arten, 24, Lewiston, charged with assault and violating condition of release, June 4, Lewiston; transferred to Superior Court.

Jacob Arundel, 23, Auburn, charged with violating condition of release, Aug. 26, Mechanic Falls; found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Robert F. Arundel, 23, Auburn, charged with terrorizing, Sept. 25, Auburn; found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Timothy J. Aube, 37, Auburn, five charges of keeping wildlife in captivity, June 29, Auburn; offense committed, fined $150 for each of the five charges.

Allison Auger, 30, Livermore Falls, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, July 26, Auburn; found guilty, fined $100.

Nichole May Bachelder, 22, East Livermore, charged with operating a vehicle without a license and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, June 11, Livermore Falls; found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for the first charge and $75 for the second charge.

Ricky L. Bachelder, 42, Leeds, charged with motor vehicle speeding 30 or more miles per hour over the speed limit, May 2, Leeds; found guilty, fined $300.
