LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

David Bileau, 41 of Norton, Mass., charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 7, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Donald Billings, 27 of Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on April 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael Bliss, 20 of South Paris, charged with eluding an officer on April 30, transferred to Superior Court.

Christopher Blondin, 19, of Casco, charged with violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked on June 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Christopher Blondin, 19, of Casco, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 26, first charge dismissed, second charge determined committed, fine $300.

Debra Bolduc, 46, of Lisbon Falls, charged with two counts of allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on June 3, first charge dismissed, second charge found guilty, fined $200.

Norman Bolduc, 52, of Porter, charged with criminal trespass on May 20, file, fined $75.

Rachel Bond, 22, of Lisbon, charged with operating a vehicle without a license and failing to give correct name, address or date of birth on June 26, found guilty on first charge, fine $300, found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

Joshua Bonenfant, 25, of Litchfield, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation-prior on June 11, transferred to Superior Court.

Danielle Borden, 21, of Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, prior on Aug. 29, 2004, dismissed.

Abshir Bore, 22, Lewiston, charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and refusing to sign criminal summons on June 3 and June 2, first charge dismissed, second charge dismissed.

Jennifer Boren, 21, Farmington, charged with failure to register vehicle on June 28, dismissed.

Paul Bouchard, 23, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, on June 12, found guilty, fined $500.

Nathan Boucher, 19, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on June 2, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Nichole Bousquet, 29, Lewiston, charged with attaching false plates on June 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Donald Bouthot, 22, Lewiston, charged with possession of firearm by prohibited person on May 9, dismissed.

Teresa Bowker, 33, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 2, found guilty, fined $250.

William Bowley, 37, Mexico, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 4, permanent transferred to Superior Court, fined $250.

Lisa Bracken, 21, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief on June 5, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $100, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $325.

Galen Brackley, 24, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on May 21, found guilty, fined $250.

Galen Brackley, 24, Lewiston, charged with placing a tattoo on person without a license, and placing tattoo on person under 18 on April 15, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, found guilty on second charge, fined $250.

Mary Ann Bradbury, 37, Lewiston, charged with assault on July 3, 2004, sentenced to 32 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Theodore Brassley III, 28, Lewiston, charged with violating protective order on Jan. 4, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Andrew Breton, 19, Lisbon Falls, charged with criminal trespass on June 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Andrew Breton, 19, Lisbon Falls, charged with minor transporting liquor on June 25, offense committed, fined $100, license suspended 30 days.

Jessie Brewer, 20, Edgecomb, charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution and violating condition of release on July 14, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jocanon Briggs, 24, Jamaica, N.Y., charged with operating vehicle without license on June 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Jeffrey Bright, 20, Lewiston, charged with leaving scene of motor vehicle accident and failing to make oral or written accident report on June 11, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Daniel Brooke, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating vehicle without a license on June 30, found guilty, fined $100.

David Brown, 30, Lewiston, charged with assault on Aug. 18, 1999, dismissed.
