LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Rocky Lee Creamer, 28, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on June 26, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

Joseph C. Crocker, 25, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence on April 6, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to four days and license suspended 90 days.

Scott C. Crooker, 30, Leeds, operating or permitting operation with no ID or validation displayed on June 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Christopher B. Crossman, 31, Lewiston, operating without safety equipment on June 30, offense committed, fined $100.

Ryan Crowley, 20, Lewiston, consuming liquor by a minor on July 4, offense committed, fined $200.

Christopher S. Cunningham, 29, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 9, found guilty, fined $250.

Steven E. Curtis, 19, Lisbon Falls, criminal speed on June 16, found guilty, fined $350.

James E. Cyr, 19, Greene, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on May 1, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300 and license suspended 30 days.

Paul K. Cyr, 34, Lewiston, criminal mischief and burglary of a motor vehicle on May 16, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 96 hours and $500 restitution; second charge dismissed.

Reno Cyr, 40, Belgrade, violating a protective order on March 6, found guilty, fined $200.

Shaun L. Cyr, 27, Poland, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on July 13, found guilty, fined $200.

Thomas C. Cyr, 57, Stratton, assault on July 15, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation.

George A. Dailey, 27, Auburn, habitual motor vehicle offender on July 23, sent to jury trial.

Dennis W. Damon, 23, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on May 17, transferred to Superior Court.

Nicholas S. Danforth, 22, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on June 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Joseph P. Dehetre, 22, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 15, found guilty, fined $200.

Derek L. Demers, 23, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation on June 13, transferred to Superior Court.

Douglas Depaul, 44, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on July 4, found guilty, fined $75.

Diana Desjardins, 27, Brunswick, probation violation on a Nov. 2, 2003 assault charge, found guilty, probation revoked and no sentence imposed.

James B. Desrosiers, 41, Auburn, burglary on May 14, dismissed.

Nathanial Allan Doane, 28, Poland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 11, found guilty, fined $150.

Amanda K. Dodge, 18, Turner, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 23, found guilty, fined $250.

Christopher Dodge, 29, Lewiston, two counts of criminal mischief on Sept. 1, 1999, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 30 days for each charge; and assault, terrorizing and violating condition of release on Sept. 5, 1999, all charges dismissed.
