Lewis Burgess, 45, Lewiston, failing to appear for disclosure or contempt hearing on Nov. 9, 2004, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Matthew N. Burgess II, 19, Lewiston, violating a protective order on June 15, found guilty, fined $200.

David C. Burke, 40, Newmarket, N.H., fishing without a valid license on July 16, found guilty, fined $100.

John R. Burtis, 27, Lewiston, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on July 2, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and license suspended on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Joshua Buteau, 18, Auburn, possession of marijuana on Aug. 9, offense committed, fined $350.

Leonard H. Byron, 52, Jay, operating under the influence with two priors and operating a vehicle without a license on April 29, both charges sent to jury trial.

Tanya J. Cahill, 19, Lewiston, assault and violating condition of release on April 6, both charges sent to jury trial.

Ryan Card, 23, Bowdoin, operating under the influence, disorderly conduct and failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident on April 8, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $75 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Eric J. Carlson, 18, Lisbon Falls, criminal trespass on June 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Christopher K. Caron, 20, Lewiston, consuming liquor by a minor on April 23, fined $200 by default.
