AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Chad A. Bean, 24, Bethel, operating under the influence with two priors and operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 29, 2004, found guilty on first charge, fined $750, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail with all but 12 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended 18 months; second charge dismissed.

Daniel N. Beaudoin, 38, Lisbon, driving to endanger on Sept. 17, 2004, dismissed.

Edward Bishop, 27, Lewiston, violating condition of release on March 21, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation.

Terry W. Chesnel, 50, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation on Sept. 30, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail.

Laura L. Cook, 27, Lewiston, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on Nov. 12, 2004, both charges dismissed.

Derrick Blaine Degreenia, 19, Augusta, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 3, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all but 12 months suspended, three years probation and $8,200 restitution for each charge; and burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 7, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all but 12 months suspended and three years probation for each charge.

Linda Nicole Denis, 28, Lewiston, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief on Oct. 3, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Robert J. Erickson, 27, Callahan, Fla., stealing drugs and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Aug. 25, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $600.

Mike Gray, 20, Auburn, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on May 17, 2004, fined $500 and sentenced to 14 days at the county jail.

Rodney E. Hall, 58, Lewiston, operating a motor vehicle after revocation and operating under the influence on June 12, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to nine months and one day on first charge; fined $2,000, sentenced to nine months and one day, license suspended and six years registration suspended on second charge.

Jacqueline A. Harris, 23, Auburn, assault on July 16, 2004, filed with no cost.

Christopher A. Henry, 34, Auburn, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Oct. 29, 2004, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Penny Hudson, 40, Lewiston, operating under the influence on April 21, 2004, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, and license and registration suspended four years; and assault on Jan. 24, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, and license and registration suspended four years.

Norman W. Johnson Jr., 34, Rumford, trafficking in dangerous knives and violation condition of release on July 3, 2004, both charges dismissed.

Christopher D. Larochelle, 27, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 20, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but seven days suspended, three years probation, and $15,000 restitution.

Rebecca Sadie Mack, 26, Lewiston, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 19, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all suspended, one year probation, and $2,500 restitution.

Russell A. Mawhinney, 56, Dixfield, operating under the influence on Oct. 1, 2004, dismissed.

Jackie Sarah McBurnie, 24, Lewiston, violation of a protective order from harassment on Sept. 12, dismissed.

Adam Merrill, 20, Newport, Minn., aggravated assault and assault on Feb. 27, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to six months at the state prison.

Brian Allen Morin, 22, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 24, dismissed.

Tyler J. Morin, 19, Lisbon, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on March 13, both charges dismissed.

Jose Moya, 31, Lewiston, aggravated forgery on June 11, 2003 and June 1, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but six months suspended, two years probation and $1,591 restitution for each charge; and aggravated forgery on Oct. 18, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but six months suspended and two years probation; and theft by deception on Dec. 10, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail.

Aweis M. Omar, 42, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 21, 2004, dismissed.

Denis R. Ouellette, 27, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Nov. 12, 2004, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 72 hours at the county jail, and license suspended 90 days.

John K. Parker, 37, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Sept. 11, 2004, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail, and license suspended 90 days.

Jason Petrencik, 34, Lisbon Falls, probation violation on a previous murder charge occurring April 6, 1996, sentenced to five years at the state prison and probation revoked.

Roland T. Raubeson, 54, Lisbon, operating a motor vehicle after revocation, operating under the influence, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Aug. 23, 2003, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to five years at the state prison with all suspended and three years probation on first charge; fined $600, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended, one year probation, and license suspended 18 months on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Jesus Rodriguez, 20, Lewiston, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and misuse of identification on July 10, all charges dismissed.

David L. Smith, 41, Lewiston, obstructing the report of a crime, and two counts of assault on July 24, 2004, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail.

David Louis Smith, 41, Lewiston, violating condition of release on March 24, dismissed.

Daniel Sproul, 28, Waterville, theft by deception on Nov. 4, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended, two years probation, and $2,534.08 restitution.

Donald R. Staples, 35, South Portland, acquiring drugs by deception on July 23, 2004 and July 25, 2004, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison; second charge dismissed.

Steven C. Washington, 35, Providence, R.I., gross sexual assault on Nov. 8, 2003, dismissed.

Brandon Williams, 20, Lewiston, aggravated criminal mischief on Nov. 15, 2004 and violating condition of release on June 25, both charges dismissed.
