NEW YORK (AP) – A 28-year-old Brooklyn man getting a tattoo at a parlor Thursday afternoon died after getting dizzy, falling headfirst into a glass case and cutting his neck, police said.

Juaquin Leger was pronounced dead at Woodhull Hospital after the 2 p.m. fall, police said.

Police identified the parlor as the Buzz tattoo shop on Graham Avenue in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn. Telephone calls to the shop went unanswered Friday afternoon.

Police said the death was under investigation.
