AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Ronald M. Antanavich, 39, Sidney, violating condition of release, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct on Jan. 16, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $500.

Kamal O. Arten, 24, Lewiston, assault, theft by unauthorized use of property and violating condition of release on June 4, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 97 days at the county jail.

Sumner Barbarick, 60, Auburn, hunting deer after having killed one and violation of a deer permit rule on Nov. 19, 2004, first charge filed with no cost; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000.

Richard D. Baribeau Jr., 48, Brunswick, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Oct. 9, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,500, sentenced to 72 hours at the county jail and license suspended 30 days.

Scott D. Bennett, 31, Gardiner, duty status not current rule violation and operated by unqualified driver rule violation on Aug. 25, both charges filed, fined $400 for each charge.

Brian B. Boucher, 39, probation violation on a June 11, 2003, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug charge, sentenced to 21 days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Monica L. Bradshaw, 32, Chicago, Ill., assault on Dec. 12, 2004, filed with no cost.

Michael Anthony Brasier, 30, Auburn, assault on Nov. 8, 2004, dismissed.

Robert M. Burnham, 43, Auburn, violating a protective order on Sept. 22, 2004, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Jacqueline P. Calhoun, 36, probation violation on a Aug. 21, 2003, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug charge, sentenced to eight days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Paul N. Caron Jr., 50, Auburn, driving to endanger on Sept. 12, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended 30 days.

Victor Robert Carter, 24, Lewiston, terrorizing on March 16, dismissed; and reckless conduct, terrorizing, violating a protective order and criminal mischief on Aug. 21, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to two years and six months at the state prison for each charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Kyle James Cathey, 20, Litchfield, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 17, 2004, both charges dismissed; and robbery and violating condition of release on June 25, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to eight years at the state prison with all but three years suspended, four years probation and $5,000 restitution; second charge dismissed.

Richard Frank Currier, 46, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on Aug. 14, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Doris S. Davis, 53, Auburn, operating under the influence on Sept. 20, 2004, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Timothy Desjardins, 19, South Portland, robbery, aggravated assault, elevated aggravated assault and criminal mischief on March 17, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to eight years at the state prison with all but 18 months suspended and four years probation; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Jody W. Diaz, 37, Livermore, operating under the influence with one prior on Aug. 1, dismissed; driving to endanger on Oct. 7, 2004, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 30 days; and violating condition of release on March 15, dismissed.

Brandyn J. Dow, 19, Scarborough, robbery, aggravated assault, elevated aggravated assault and criminal mischief on March 17, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to eight years at the state prison with all but two years suspended and four years probation; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Thomas Dyer, 20, South Casco, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 26, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 55 days suspended, one year probation and $2,100 restitution.

James M. Eaton, 26, Lisbon Falls, operating a motor vehicle after revocation and operating under the influence on June 23, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500, sentenced to 30 days and license suspended 90 days.

James L. Ferguson Jr., 34, Auburn, obstructing the report of a crime on Nov. 20, 2004, found guilty, fined $200.

Kevin Fontnette, 44, Lewiston, assault and criminal threatening on July 11, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but 60 days suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

Christopher Frazer, 36, Auburn, violating condition of release and criminal forfeiture of property on June 20, 2001, both charges dismissed.

James M. Goupil Sr., 46, Lewiston, operating under the influence with one prior on Oct. 1, 2004, dismissed; and driving to endanger on Oct. 20, 2004, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to five days and license suspended 30 days.

Jonathan R. Green, 23, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Sept. 29, 2004, found guilty, fined $500.

Matthew Hendricks, 44, Lewiston, assault on March 2, 2004, dismissed.

Angela Holmes, 22, Lewiston, probation violation on a June 9, 2004, sexual abuse of a minor charge, sentenced to 17 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Patrick A. Jackson, 29, Auburn, theft by receiving stolen property on July 28, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended and one year probation.

Reino W. Kesseli, 61, South Paris, operating under the influence on May 16, 2004, found guilty, fined $1,300.

Michael W. Konior, 45, Lewiston, trafficking in prison contraband and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 13, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail.

Stephen Kons, 39, Lewiston, assault, reckless violation of a protective order and aggravated criminal trespass on Sept. 28, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but 59 days suspended and two years probation for each charge.

Chelsea D. Landry, 22, Lewiston, burglary on May 21, dismissed.

Katherine Lemm, 40, Poland, operating under the influence with one prior and driving to endanger on Sept. 3, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $600, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and license suspended 30 days.

Ronald J. Letourneau, 37, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Oct. 11, 2004, found guilty, fined $500.

Richard P. Lowell, 40, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 15, found guilty, fined $500.

Erin K. McMahon, 25, Oxford, operating under the influence on Oct. 2, 2004, found guilty, fined $500.

Andrew L. Michaud, 42, Auburn, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 7, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but 100 days suspended and two years probation on first charge; sentenced to 100 days at the county jail on second charge.

Justin J. Michaud, 23, Auburn, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Aug. 28, 2004, both charges filed with no cost.

Molly A. Morang, 20, Winthrop, criminal trespass on March 29, 2004, dismissed.

Mark L. Morissette, 22, Portland, driving to endanger and reckless conduct on Oct. 9, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Christopher James Noel, 20, Auburn, criminal threatening, and two counts of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on July 18, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 62 days at the county jail on first charge; sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but 62 days suspended and two years probation on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Brandon Samuel Ogilvie, 26, Bangor, assault and criminal threatening on April 20, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but 90 days suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

Jose J. Ortega, 38, Brockton, Mass., assault and disorderly conduct on Oct. 29, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

Cyprien J. Pelletier, 40, Southington, Conn., operating under the influence on Nov. 16, 2004, found guilty, fined $800.

Dana M. Pendexter, 23, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to stop for an officer on Aug. 19, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 72 hours at the county jail.

George H. Petrakis, 34, Lewiston, aggravated assault on April 6, 2004, dismissed.

George H. Petrakis, 34, Falmouth, burglary, violating condition of release, criminal trespass and assault on April 12, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to seven days for each charge; fourth charge dismissed.

Jason Petrencik, 34, Lisbon Falls, probation violation on a April 6, 1996 murder charge, sentenced to five years at the state prison and probation revoked.

Matthew D. Piper, 34, Portland, probation violation on a Nov. 14, 2003 assault charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Derek Pleau, 21, Lewiston, probation violation on a April 2, 2003, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to four months at the county jail and probation revoked.

Derek Pleau, 21, Poland, aggravated criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, theft by unauthorized use or property and two counts of burglary on Dec. 12, 2004, all charges dismissed.
