SACO – The wedding of Amanda Lynn Gagnon and Timothy Norman Johnson was held at 4 p.m. on Sept. 17 at the Cascade Inn in Saco. Susan Lougee-Gagnon officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Johnson is the daughter of Maria Gagnon and Paul Evans of Scarborough and Arthur and Susan Gagnon of Windham. Mr. Johnson is the son of Ken and Sue Johnson of Buckfield.

The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wore a strapless ivory gown and carried a bouquet of red and cream roses.

Jaime Tardy, friend of the bride, attended as matron of honor and bridesmaids were Elyse Kenney and Emma Adams, friends of the bride, and Emily Johnson, sister of the bridegroom. Taylor Gagnon and Nicole Poirier, nieces of the bride, were flower girls.

Matthew Tardy, friend of the bridegroom, was best man and ushers were Patrick Corbett, Jon Dunn and Jeremy Samson, friends of the bridegroom, and David Gagnon, brother of the bride. Lane Poirier, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.

A reception followed at the Cascade Inn in Saco, after which the couple traveled to Aruba. They are residing in North Andover, Mass.

The bride received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Mount Ida College. She is employed as direct marketing specialist for Keurig, Inc.

The bridegroom received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University and is employed as a mechanical engineer at Goddard Technologies.
