AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Frederick A. Ross, 28, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Oct. 21, 2004, found guilty, fined $200.

Justiliano Sanchez, 23, Auburn, robbery on July 10, found guilty, sentenced to six years at the state prison with all but two years and six months suspended, two years probation and $370.98 restitution.

Richard Joseph Saucier Jr., 19, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary of a motor vehicle on Nov. 1, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 10 years at the state prison with all but five years suspended and four years probation on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail on second charge; and aggravated assault on July 19, found guilty, sentenced to 10 years at the state prison with all but five years suspended and four years probation.

Frank J. Staton Jr., 33, New Gloucester, criminal mischief on Sept. 25, filed with no cost.

Kathleen Anne Stevens, 34, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 10, found guilty, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison.

Marc A. Todd, 37, Norway, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 23, 2004, filed, fined $500.

Aaron C. Trundy, 28, Hebron, operating under the influence on Nov. 27, 2004, found guilty, fined $500.

Nathan J. Valonis, 21, Monmouth, eluding an officer, criminal speed, and failing to obey traffic officer’s directions on Aug. 17, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $250 for each charge.

Christopher M. White, 23, Auburn, assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on July 20, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 60 days suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Brandon Williams, 20, Lewiston, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 15, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison for each charge; and robbery on June 25, found guilty, sentenced to eight years at the state prison with all but three years suspended, four years probation and $30, restitution.

Eric Wright, 22, Lewiston, probation violation on a Aug. 31, 2001, gross sexual assault charge, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Lynn A. Zeigler, 26, Lewiston, aggravated forgery on Jan. 31, 2002 and theft by deception on Feb. 1, 2002, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all but six months suspended, four years probation and $11,202.21 restitution for each charge; and aggravated forgery on Jan. 31, 2002, dismissed.
