Patrick Muller, 25, Topsham, probation violation on an April 25, 2003, violating a protective order charge, sentenced to eight days and probation revoked.

Ryan Muncey, 25, Lewiston, assault on June 19, sent to jury trial.

Jonathan Mundell, 30, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 8, found guilty, fined $250.

Katina Mungin, 21, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on June 5, sent to jury trial.

Phillip Murphy Sr., 42, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 5 and disorderly conduct on June 29, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $150.

Sherman Musoke, 31, Waltham, Mass., assault on Nov. 12, 2004, filed with no cost.

Paul Myrand, 41, Lewiston, failure to appear after bailed on Aug. 7, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

David Nadeau, 20, Jay, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and four counts of burglary of a motor vehicle on June 28, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to two days; third, fourth and fifth charges dismissed.

Matthew Nadeau, 18, Auburn, failure to register a vehicle on July 5, sent to jury trial.

Timothy Nadeau, 38, Auburn, harassment by telephone on July 5, found guilty, fined $75.

Hamdi Naji, 19, Lewiston, assault on May 27, dismissed.

Amanda Neureuther, 21, Lisbon, possessing an unlabeled keg on April 16, filed, fined $75.

Vinh Thi Nguyen, 31, Auburn, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on July 5, found guilty, fined $200.

Mark Niskanen, 44, Mechanic Falls, violating condition of release and disorderly conduct on June 19, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours on first charge; fined $150 on second charge.

Christopher Noel, 20, Auburn, four counts of criminal threatening on July 18, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Abdirashid Nor, 40, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 17, found guilty, fined $250.

Noel Pagan Jr., 21, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on May 21, dismissed.

Nancy Paladino, 42, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 3, sent to jury trial.

Derek Palange, 29, Auburn, assault on July 21, transferred to Superior Court.

Polluce Pallotta, 60, Bethlehem, Pa., operation with false duty rule violation on July 20, found guilty, fined $750.

Jeremiah Palmer, 35, Lewiston, assault on July 30, dismissed.

David Paquette, 32, Lewiston, assault on June 24, transferred to Superior Court.

Wayne Parker, 46, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 9, found guilty, fined $250.

Clarence Patten, 29, Livermore Falls, criminal mischief on June 8, found guilty and $100 restitution.

Nicholas Paul, 26, Jay, probation violation on a Oct. 5, 2004, violating a protective order charge, sentenced to 14 days in Franklin County jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Bruce Peaco, 40, Freeport, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 1, found guilty, fined $250.

Dale Peaslee, 44, Auburn, disorderly conduct on Aug. 4, found guilty, fined $150.

Jonathan Pelletier, 18, Greene, criminal speed on May 10, filed, fined $100.

Laura Pendexter, 20, Auburn, assault on May 29, dismissed.

Christopher Perron, 34, Sabattus, fraudulently obtaining a license or permit on Oct. 29, 2004, found guilty, fined $100.

Daniel Perry, 35, Lewiston, furnishing liquor to a minor on June 25, found guilty, fined $300.

Kathryn Peters, 31, Gray, being a habitual motor vehicle offender on June 2, found guilty, fined $500.

Donald Philbrook, 26, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on June 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Nathaniel Pieciak, 25, Lamoine, obstructing government administration on May 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Joshua Piela, 18, Lewiston, terrorizing on Aug. 28, found guilty, fined $100.

Robert Pietsch, 47, Aiken, S.C., operating under the influence on June 5, sent to jury trial.

Marilyn Pinkham, 24, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 12, 2004, dismissed.

Brian Plourde Sr., 31, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 23, sent to jury trial.

Roger Plourde Jr., 23, Lewiston, assault on July 4, sent to jury trial.

Keith Plummer, 28, Mechanic Falls, failing to register or update information on July 1, found guilty, fined $300.

Scott Poli, 19, Lewiston, burglary on June 15, transferred to Superior Court.

Joanne Polvinen, 53, Auburn, aggravated assault and violating condition of release on June 23, both charges dismissed.

Matthew Pontbriand, 21, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Melinda Pontbriand, 32, Lewiston, charged with habitual motor vehicle offender, may 15, found guilty, fined $500.

Shane Pontoo, 18, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Aug. 8, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Carlos Portillo Jr., 22, Lewiston, criminal attempt and burglary on July 1, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Donna Pottle, 34, Brunswick, violating condition of release on July 29, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Scott Poulin, 41, Lewiston, two counts of violating condition of release on Aug. 16, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to five days for each charge.

Matthew Power, 41, Auburn, failing to register or update information on Nov. 15, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

Michael Profenno, 42, Lewiston, aggravated criminal mischief on April 16, transferred to Superior Court.

Jeffrey Quinn, 26, Lewiston, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and criminal mischief on June 6, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 10 days on first charge; sentenced to 10 days and $725.63 restitution on second charge.

Meghan Quinn, 22, Rockland, disorderly conduct on Feb. 23, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Melissa Ramos, 23, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 13, dismissed.

Justin Ramsey, 24, Lewiston, possession of fireworks on July 1, fined $50 by default.

Richard Ramsey, 47, Lewiston, operating or permitting operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 10, offense committed, fined $100.

Michael Rancourt, 23, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 25, found guilty, fined $250.

Tarik Rankins, 25, Lewiston, assault and criminal threatening on March 11, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.
