Robert Rice, 27, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 14, 2004, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Jeffrey Richards, 39, Sabattus, operating a vehicle without license on Aug. 8, 2004, found guilty, fined $100.

Kevin Richards, 44, Lewiston, creating a false public alarm or report on June 28, found guilty, fined $50.

Becky Richardson, 31, Norway, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 19, found guilty, fined $200.

Charlotte Ridlon, 22, Lisbon, operating under the influence on May 29 and violating condition of release on July 2, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $200 on second charge.

Scott Rioux, 34, Lewiston, assault on May 31, dismissed.

Ronald Ritchie Jr., 44, Minot, attaching false plates on May 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Victoria Rivers, 22, Wilton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Benjamin Roberts, 27, Lewiston, terrorizing on June 10, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days with all but four days suspended and one year probation.

Daryl Roberts, 22, Lewiston, obstructing public ways, disorderly conduct and assault on Aug. 25, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to four days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $300 and sentenced to four days.

Dale Robinson, 44, Livermore Falls, operating an unregistered ATV on July 3, offense committed, fined $100.

Danny Rock, 21, Lewiston, violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on July 18, all charges sent to jury trial.

Jesus Rodriguez, 20, Lewiston, robbery on July 10, transferred to Superior Court.

Holly Roewer, 21, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license and attaching false plates on May 16, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $475 on second charge.

Aaron Rollins, 33, Bingham, theft by unauthorized use of property on July 10, 2003, dismissed.

Alan Roy, 24, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on Aug. 14, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 45 days for each charge.

Derek, 19, Lisbon Falls, criminal speed on June 16, sent to jury trial.

Jennifer Roy, 24, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without license on June 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Tammy Ruest, 32, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of license on July 14, filed with no cost.

April Safford, 31, Lisbon Falls, criminal speed and operating under the influence on Nov. 27, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500, sentenced to seven days and license suspended 90 days.

April Safford, 31, Lisbon, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Nov. 27, 2004, first charge dismissed, offense committed on second charge, fined $200; charged with possession of marijuana, Feb. 18, dismissed; and operating while license suspended or revoked on May 21, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to seven days and license suspended one year.

Ahmed Samater, 45, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on July 29, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 12 days for each charge.

Raymond Samson, 54, Lewiston, charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, July 20, 2003, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Raymond Samson, 54, Lewiston, violating condition of release and falsifying physical evidence on June 2, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Paul Sanguedolce, 31, Pelham, N.H., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 22, transferred to Superior Court.

Jeffrey Sarmiento, 19, Lewiston, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 17, fined $250 by default on first charge; fined $125 by default on second charge.

Brandi Saucier, 24, Livermore Falls, assault on Oct. 30, 2004, found guilty.

Richard Saucier Jr., 19, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 11, found guilty, fined $100 and $100 restitution.

Richard Saucier Jr., 19, Lewiston, elevated aggravated assault on July 19, transferred to Superior Court.

Douglas Savoy, 48, Lafayette, La., operating while license suspended or revoked on July 19, found guilty, fined $250.

Jennifer Schidzig, 20, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Feb. 27, found guilty, fined $75.

Katherine Scott, 41, Auburn, operating under the influence on July 30, sent to jury trial.

Jesse Smith, 19, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on April 16, offense committed, fined $200.

Jonathan Smith, 25, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 24, dismissed.

Michael Smith, 23, Turner, assault on Aug. 13, found guilty, fined $300.

Philip Smith, 42, Roxbury, violating protective order on May 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Philip Smith, 42, Roxbury, unsworn falsification and false registration of deer on Dec. 10, 2004, sent to jury trial.

Timothy Smith, 22, Auburn, disorderly conduct on June 5, found guilty, sentenced to four days; two counts of assault on July 19, both charges sent to jury trial; violating condition of release and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 30, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to four days, second charge dismissed; and violating condition of release on Aug. 23, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Bernice Soper, 37, Leroy, Mich., assault on Sept. 18, 1999, dismissed.

Harold Soper Jr., 48, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on May 6, found guilty, fined $300.

Francis Soucy, 37, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 30, found guilty, fined $600.

Joshua Souther, 28, Livermore Falls, assault on June 27, sent to jury trial.

Kristy Splude, 20, Minot, violating condition of release on May 7, dismissed.

Natasha St. Amand, 21, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 10, found guilty, fined $600.

Gisela St. Amant, 37, Auburn, criminal trespass on April 16, dismissed.

Elisabeth St. Pierre, 18, Poland, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 30, found guilty, fined $250.

Eric St. Pierre, 21, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on May 17, sent to jury trial; violating condition of release on Aug. 23, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours; and robbery and violating condition of release on July 10, transferred to Superior Court.

Errol Staples, 21, Brunswick, violating condition of release and failing to give correct name, address or date of birth on Aug. 2, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to three days for each charge.

Tammy Staples, 36, Biddeford, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 24, found guilty, fined $500.

John Stasulis, 57, Lewiston, operating under the influence on June 15, sent to jury trial.

Chad Stearns, 23, Lewiston, eluding an officer on April 4, transferred to Superior Court.

Joshua Stevens, 29, Lewiston, operating without safety equipment on June 30, offense committed, fined $100.

Shelly Stone, 40, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence on July 28, sent to jury trial.
