LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th district court.

Marcus Thompson, 20, Lewiston, fishing without a valid license on July 16 and violating condition of release on Aug. 2, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge.

Sullivan Thyot, 53, Auburn, assault on Feb. 19, 2002, unconditional discharge.

Anthony Tibbetts, 26, Lewiston, assault on July 31, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 60 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Jedediah Tims, 23, Auburn, possession of marijuana and assault on July 25, offense committed on first charge, fined $350; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Brent Tolman, 27, Lewiston, assault on July 11, found guilty, fined $300.

Carlos Torres, 27, Auburn, obstructing government administration on June 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Steven Trask, 39, Stratton, operating under the influence with one prior on April 16, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, and license and registration suspended 18 months.

Patricia Tremblay, 29, Lewiston, operating a defective vehicle and displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on July 30, found guilty on first charge, fined $75; second charge dismissed.

Tammy Trott, 30, Lubec, theft of services on Aug. 11, found guilty, fined $100 and $150 restitution.

Keri Tucker, 24, Auburn, assault on June 8, filed with no cost.

Timothy Turcotte, 52, Livermore, assault on June 10, sent to jury trial.

David Turmenne, 37, Lewiston, criminal threatening on April 22, filed with no cost.

Matthew Turmenne, 23, Brunswick, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 7, found guilty, fined $250.

David Turner, 27, Sabattus, disorderly conduct on June 12, found guilty, fined $200.

Shawn Turner, 21, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 28, found guilty, fined $500.

Adam Uldall, 24, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Aug. 19, dismissed.

Victor Ulloa, 45, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on May 9, found guilty, fined $100.

William Vickery, 52, Poland Spring, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 7, dismissed.

Nicholas Vinciguerra, 32, Lewiston, carrying a concealed weapon on June 16, found guilty, fined $100.

Brian Wallingford, 40, Sanford, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 12, found guilty, fined $500.

Jennifer Wentworth, 29, Leeds, criminal threatening on June 10, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Shamus West, 25, Hyde Park, Mass., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 4 and March 17, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

Charles White, 65, Auburn, false public alarm or report on Sept. 8, 2000, dismissed.

Christopher White, 23, Auburn, aggravated assault on July 20, transferred to Superior Court.

Derrick White, 42, Auburn, disorderly conduct on June 4, found guilty, fined $75.

Edward White, 18, Livermore Falls, possession of tobacco products by minor on June 13, offense committed, fined $50.

Wanda White, 51, Lewiston, posting on another’s land on June 4, 2004, offense committed, fined $25.

Anwar Whiting, 24, Lewiston, two counts of carrying a concealed weapon on March 5, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 for each charge.

Schuyler Whitney, 32, Industry, violating a protective order on July 1, sent to jury trial.

Joshua Willey, 20, Lisbon Falls, consuming liquor by a minor on July 4, fined $200 by default.
