Angela M. Cress, 26, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Aug. 6, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Andrew D. Crockett, 31, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 17, found guilty, fined $500.

Peter L. Cyr, 32, Canton, operating under the influence and habitual motor vehicle offender on Jan. 1, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Shirley L. Daggett, 44, Auburn, endangering the welfare of a child on June 1, 2003, and April 17, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to nine months with all but three months suspended on one year probation on first charge; sentenced to nine months with all suspended and one year probation on second charge.

Michelle M. Dagneau, 27, Lewiston, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and operating after registration suspended on May 31, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $75 with all suspended on second charge.

Shannon A. Daigle, 21, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on July 3, found guilty, fined $350.

Charles E. Dall, 24, Bowdoin, criminal mischief on July 4, found guilty, fined $75.

Kenneth Davis, 36, Auburn, gross sexual assault on June 13 and June 29, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Tory A. Davis, 31, Mechanic Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on July 19, 2004, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and sentenced to 24 hours on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.
