Nathan Hix, 19, Lisbon Falls, consuming liquor by a minor on July 30, offense committed, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Misty Dawn Hodge Thurlow, 28, Lewiston, assault and terrorizing on July 20, both transferred to Superior Court.

Ryan L. Hodson, 24, Belgrade, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on May 22, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Barbara A. Holt, 40, Auburn, forgery and negotiating a worthless instrument on April 20, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Tess L. Hower, 35, Lisbon Falls, criminal speed on Aug. 12, found guilty, fined $300.

Bradley G. Huckabey, 36, Lewiston, gross sexual assault on Aug. 13, transferred to Superior Court.

Jonathan E. Hummel, 42, Brunswick, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 4, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Steven Hunt, 43, failure to register a vehicle on Aug. 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Robert C. Hussey, 24, Dixfield, May 27, operating under the influence with two priors, found guilty, fined $1,100, sentenced to 120 days with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and license and registration suspended four years; obstructing government administration and assault, both charges dismissed; criminal threatening, found guilty, fined $200; and operating while license suspended or revoked, found guilty, fined $600 and sentenced to seven days.

Ian Hutchins, 33, Lisbon, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 25, sent to jury trial.

John Hutchinson, 35, Auburn, terrorizing and disorderly conduct on May 17, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $75.

Punk Icee, 47, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Aug. 19, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Patrick A. Jackson, 29, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 7, dismissed.

Julie A. Jacques, 40, operating under the influence with one prior on April 26 and operating while license suspended or revoked on June 10, both charges sent to jury trial.

Jared C. Jalbert, 21, Lewiston, operating under the influence on July 20, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Guled M. Jama, 18, Lewiston, operating without a license on July 24, found guilty, fined $200.

Mohamed H. Jama, 26, assault on May 10 and violating condition of release on May 11, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Dale Jamison, 46, Lewiston, criminal threatening on July 19, transferred to Superior Court.

Maurice J. Jennison, 39, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 7, transferred to Superior Court.

Brent B. Johnson, 22, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on May 27, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Shain R. Johnson, 23, Farmington, N.H., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 27, dismissed.

Susan J. Jolicoeur, 42, Livermore Falls, keeping a dangerous dog and two counts of allowing a dog to be at large on June 22, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second and third charges, fined $50 for each charge.

Peter S. Jones, 57, Lewiston, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on April 22, found guilty on first charge, fined $700 and license and registration suspended 18 months; second charge dismissed.

Chad M. Jordan, 32, Hebron, operating under the influence on July 5, sent to jury trial.

Joseph M. Kalesnick, 40, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 24, found guilty, fined $100 and $40 restitution.

Derek Kendrick, 21, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on March 5 and violating condition of release on Sept. 24, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours on second charge.

Jennie Victoria Kidd, 29, Lewiston, operating under the influence on May 31, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Christopher Kimball, 26, Poland, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and two counts of possession of marijuana on July 7, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second and third counts, fined $350 for each charge.

Jody L. King, 45, Roxbury, probation violation on a March 30, 2004, operating under the influence charge, sentenced to 14 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Leann M. Klinger, 29, Presque Isle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 31, found guilty, fined $200.

Daniel Scott Kluchnik, 32, Litchfield, operating under the influence with one prior on Aug. 5, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license and registration suspended 18 months.

Frank Lynch, 20, Greene, attaching false plates and failure to register a vehicle on July 4, and attaching false plates on July 20, found guilty on all charges, fined $75 for each charge.

Roger Martineau, 69, Sabattus, operating watercraft under the influence and operating a motorboat in a prohibited or restricted area on June 12, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Alan S. Mason Jr., 28, Lewiston, burglary and stealing drugs on Aug. 30, both charges dismissed.

Matthew Masse, 22, Lewiston, probation violation on a March 19 assault charge, sentenced to 55 days and probation partially revoked; and assault on July 20, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days with all suspended and one-year probation.

Francisco Mata, 45, Livermore Falls, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on May 28, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 48 hours; also charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger on March 29, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 30 days.

Constance Matlock, 20, Lewiston, charged with assault on July 9, filed with no cost.
