AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Frederick Ahlholm, 40, North Andover, Mass., operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Nov. 11, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $800 and license suspended 30 days.

Judilyne Arthur, 35, Lyman, probation violation on a April 20, 2004, operating under the influence charge, sentenced to 81 days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Brad L. Beckim, 31, Monmouth, eluding an officer, driving to endanger and reckless conduct on Aug. 31, 2004, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $1,000.

Joseph James Benfante, 24, Harmony, probation violation on a Sept. 24, 2002, charge of attempting to commit a class A crime, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Alphonse P. Blouin, 63, Lewiston, probation violation on a Sept. 19, 2002, theft by receiving stolen property charge, sentenced to 146 days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Todd M. Boulet, 34, Auburn, failing to make an oral or written accident report on July 17, 2004, found guilty, fined $300.

Charles W. Bourgette, 41, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation and operating under the influence with one prior on Aug. 29, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail with all but 90 days suspended and one year and six months probation on first charge; fined $1,000, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months on second charge.

William B. Bradbury, 44, Livermore Falls, visual sexual aggression against a child on June 12, 2004, dismissed.

Carella F. Brooks, 42, Brunswick, probation violation on the Dec. 25, 2002, Feb. 7, 2003, and May 17, 2003 operating under the influence charges, sentenced to eight days and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Jordan L. Bushman, 24, Lisbon Falls, operating after habitual offender revocation and operating an ATV under the influence on Aug. 24, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 60 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; fined $1,000, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail and license suspended 90 days on second charge.

Michael Keith Cloutier, 44, Lewiston, probation violation on an Oct. 29, 2004, terrorizing charge, sentenced to 180 days at the county jail and probation revoked.

Richard Marc Coates, 20, Lewiston, probation violation on the two June 7, 2004, burglary of a motor vehicle charges, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Michael Robert Coffin, 22, probation violation on the two Aug. 16, 2002, burglary charges, sentenced to 180 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Lee Eirby, 56, Lewiston, probation violation on the Dec. 3, 1997, and Dec. 4, 1997, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs charges, sentenced to 27 months at the state prison and probation revoked for each charge.

Christopher Elliott, 28, Livermore Falls, probation violation on a March 18, 2000, negotiating a worthless instrument charge and an April 20, 2000, unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison and probation partially revoked for each charge.

Roy I. Faulker, 33, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation on Aug. 16, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 40 days at the county jail.

Gary R. Gauthier Jr., 25, Lewiston, probation violation on an April 8, 2004, burglary charge, sentenced to nine days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Rashaun D. Hampton, 29, Auburn, terrorizing on July 30, dismissed.

Carl Curtis Harrington II, 22, Livermore, criminal trespass on Dec. 29, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to four days at the county jail.

Cleve Herrick, 47, Norway, probation violation on a March 13, 2001, aggravated assault charge, sentenced to 50 months at the state prison and probation revoked.

James Hopkins, 48, Lewiston, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident on Oct. 7, 2004, dismissed.

Kenneth E. Horning, 19, Monmouth, driving to endanger on Oct. 17, 2004, filed, fined $250.

David A. Johnson, 43, Lisbon, operating under the influence and failing to notify owner of property damage accident on Oct. 24, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500; also charged with operating under the influence on June 15, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to three days at the county jail and license suspended 90 days.

Michael C. Jones Jr., 23, East Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 17, 2004, found guilty, fined $300.

Raymond R. Killam, 32, Benton, probation violation on a Dec. 2, 2004, unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Kenneth R. Lausier, 54, Greene, probation violation on a Sept. 24, 2002, theft by receiving stolen property charge, probation partially revoked and no sentence imposed.

Katherine Lemm, 40, Poland, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Sept. 3, 2004, dismissed.

Mark S. Lohmann, 34, Gray, driving deer on Nov. 25, 2004, found guilty, fined $200.

Habean B. Mabien, 24, Lewiston, sexual abuse of a minor and assault on June 15, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.

Alfredo Mata, 50, North Turner, operating under the influence on Sept. 18, 2004, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months.

Gregory K. Meisner, 48, Poland, operating under the influence with one prior on Sept. 25, 2004, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months.

Andrew L. Michaud, 42, Auburn, probation violation on a Feb. 7, burglary charge, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison and probation revoked.

Bryan Phillip Morin, 25, Lewiston, burglary of a motor vehicle, aggravated criminal mischief and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 22, 2003, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to five years at the state prison with all suspended, two years probation and $17,708 restitution for each on first, second and third charges; sentenced to five years at the state prison with all suspended, four years probation and $17,708 restitution on fourth charge.

Nicholas D. Morin, 26, West Paris, probation violation on a Jan. 11, 2003, unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to 29 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

David L. Paquette, 32, Lewiston, assault on June 24, dismissed.

Daryan B. Saunders, 30, Auburn, criminal mischief and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Aug. 22, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Walton P. Shattuck, 49, Lewiston, probation violation on the two Aug. 9, 2003, criminal trespass charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail and probation revoked for each charge.

Virgil Edmund Taylor, 41, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 6, 2004, found guilty, fined $100.
