RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division.

Kenneth W. Adley, 41, Rumford, violating condition of release on May 1, dismissed.

Nathan P. Arsenault, 23, Rumford, violating condition of release on Nov. 9, found guilty, sentenced to 72 hours.

Marc A. Artman, 26, Atlas, Pa., operating under the influence on July 31, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Frank S. Belskis, 75, Rumford, operating under the influence with two priors and operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 9, both charges sent to jury trial.

Desmond Bickford, 32, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Jan. 8, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Hile E. Brickles Jr., 28, Rumford, attaching false plates on May 20, waived, fined $100.

Brandon Brown, 20, Bethel, failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 9, waived, fined $100.

Travis L. Child, 19, Peru, transportation of liquor by a minor and possession of marijuana on Sept. 3, offense committed on both charges, fined $200 for each charge.

Melody A. Coulombe, 46, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 21, dismissed.

William J. Davis, 39, Rumford, operating after license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on Oct. 3, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $150 on second charge.

Shane J. Dubois, 19, Rumford, operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 9, found guilty, fined $150.

Michael Errington, 39, Mexico, assault on Aug. 27 and operating under the influence on Aug. 28, both charges sent to jury trial.

Megan A. Gill, 19, Mexico, permitting unlawful use on Sept. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Carolle G. Glover, 43, Mexico, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 14, found guilty, fined $150.

Jason T. Gould, 27, possession of marijuana on Sept. 2, offense committed, fined $350.

Scott Anthony Hart, 27, Bethel, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 2, found guilty, fined $250.

Trevor G. Hebert, 20, Rumford, possession of liquor by a minor on July 4, offense committed, fined $75.

Harold A. Hinckley, 37, Bethel, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 14, found guilty, fined $250.

Howard E. Jones, 38, Rumford, keeping an unlicensed dog, allowing dog to be at large and keeping a dangerous dog on Sept. 16, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $75; third charge dismissed.

Derrik R. Knox, 19, Bethel, sale and use or drug paraphernalia on Sept. 20, offense committed, fined $300.

Betty Machado, 26, Mexico, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 5, dismissed.

Daniel J. McCann, 27, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 5, dismissed.

Daniel Murphy, 27, New Gloucester, illegal placing of bear bait on Sept. 1, waived, fined $100.

Melissa A. Newcomb, 23, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Sept. 9, both charges sent to jury trial.

Stephanie A. Percival, 33, Andover, operating without a license on Sept. 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Brian Rench, 18, Mexico, criminal trespass on Sept. 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Christopher Richard, 26, Dixfield, operating a vehicle without a license, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 17, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; offense committed on second and third charges, fined $350 on second charge; fined $300 on third charge.

Robert Slack, 28, Gray, abuse of property while hunting and illegal placing of bear bait on Sept. 1, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Crystal H. Smith, 21, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended and permitting unlawful use on Oct. 15, both charges dismissed.

William Robert Sturm, 41, Torrington, Conn., operating under the influence on Sept. 2, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Clarence T. Tompkins, 34, Carthage, violating a public fire safety rule on Sept. 16, found guilty, fined $100.

Joy Vaughn, 35, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 26, found guilty, fined $150.

Christopher H. Willett, 27, Benedicta, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 23, 2004, found guilty, fined $250.
