AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Roger J Ames, 42, Livermore Falls, probation violation on a Feb. 20, 2003 operating a motor vehicle after revocation charge, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Christopher L. Beaudoin, Lewiston, aggravated criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two counts of burglary on Nov. 1, 2004, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended and two years probation for each charge; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended, two years probation and $4,790 restitution; fourth charge dismissed; also charged with burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 11, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and $1,500 restitution.

Alfred Bellanceau, 38, Leeds, operating a motor vehicle after revocation, operating under the influence and attaching false plates on Aug. 2, 2003, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to one year at the state prison on first charge; fined $2,000, sentenced to one year at the state prison and license and registration suspended for six years; third charge dismissed.

Adria C. Buchanan, 24, Lewiston, probation violation on a July 30, 2003, sexual abuse of a minor charge, sentenced to 14 days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Michael Keith Cloutier, 44, Lewiston, probation violation on an Oct. 29, 2004, terrorizing charge, sentenced to 180 days at the county jail and probation revoked.

Maurice Joseph Jennison, 39, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 7, found guilty, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but 81 days suspended and two years probation.

Carrie Macomber, 30, Lewiston, assault on Nov. 11, filed with no cost.

Joseph Monaghan, 26, Auburn, probation violation on a May 28, 2002, trafficking in scheduled drugs charge, sentenced to five years at the state prison with all but one year suspended, four years probation and $570 restitution.

Clinton S. Spence III, 28, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation and unlawful use of a license on Aug. 17, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 15 days at the county jail.

Kenneth W. Tourtelotte, 30, Livermore Falls, probation violation on a June 1, 2001, operating a vehicle after revocation charge, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued; also charged with operating under the influence and operating after habitual offender revocation on Aug. 22, 2004, found guilty on both charges, fined $1,100 and license suspended six months on first charge; fined $1,000 on second charge.
