RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Kevin Anderson, 31, Dixfield, criminal trespass and criminal mischief on June 30, both charges filed with no cost.

Joseph R. Arsenault, 24, Rumford, violating condition of release on Aug. 21, found guilty, fined $150.

Nathan P. Arsenault, 23, Rumford, violating condition of release and assault on July 10, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all but 48 hours suspended and one year probation.

Ramsey S. Bean, 26, West Bethel, operating under the influence on June 25, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Jeremy Belskis, 18, Mexico, possession of marijuana on May 14, offense committed, fined $200.

Oscar Bernard, 48, Rumford, operating under the influence on June 5, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Dianna L. Berube, 27, Bethel, unsworn falsification on Feb. 5, filed with no cost.

David P. Billings, 33, Rumford, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Nov. 15, found guilty, sentenced to 72 hours.

Holly Branam, 33, Dixfield, operating while license suspended or revoked, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 2, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second and third charges, fined $200 on second charge; fined $100 on third charge.

William J. Burden Jr., 58, Bear, Del., operating under the influence on July 15, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 30 days.

Kenneth W. Camick, 47, Augusta, two counts of assault on Feb. 5, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 25 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation on second charge.

Glen Charette, 43, Litchfield, N.H., hunting without a valid license on Oct. 29, waived, fined $100.

Marc A. Chartier, 28, Andover, criminal mischief on Oct. 11, 2003, found guilty, fined $500 and $90 restitution.

Travis L. Child, 19, Peru, disorderly conduct on May 12 and violating condition of release on July 1, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days on first charge; sentenced to four days and $260 restitution on second charge.

Leigh Cluff, 34, Andover, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, failing to make an oral or written accident report and operating a vehicle without a license on July 2, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500; third charge dismissed.

Freeman F. Corriveau, 27, Newry, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 31, filed, fined $100.

Nathan J. Dayon, 24, Rumford, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor and violating condition of release on Nov. 14, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

James W. Gibbons, 48, Rumford, assault on March 15 and March 16, both charges dismissed.

Jeremy C. Gibbs, 21, Bethel, operating under the influence on June 18, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Joseph A. Gower, 49, Rumford, assault on Sept. 9, filed with no cost.

Alicia L. Hagen, 26, Rumford, criminal mischief on June 3 and criminal trespass on June 30, both charges filed with no cost.

Jamie L. Hall, 28, Woodstock, keeping a dangerous dog on Aug. 13, dismissed.

John J. Hansen, 18, Rumford, operating an ATV on a public way and operating an unregistered ATV on June 7, offense committed on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Scott A. Hart, 23, Auburn, assault on Aug. 31, found guilty, fined $300.

Eric Hiscock, 27, Livermore, operating under the influence and possession of marijuana on June 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Aaron Jason Jackson, 20, Rumford, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on July 30, found guilty, fined $350.

Charles M. Kennedy Jr., 43, Canton, assault on May 20, dismissed.

Roland T. Litalien, 81, Mexico, operating under the influence on June 16, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Daniel J. Lydon, 27, South Portland, illegal placing of bear bait on Sept. 1, waived, fined $100.

Tony J. Merrill, 24, Bethel, probation violation on a March 20 assault charge, probation partially revoked and continued.

Steven A. Morton, 20, Peachem, Vt., operating while license suspended or revoked, unlawful use of a license and transportation of liquor by a minor on June 23, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second and third charges dismissed.

Bruce A. Ross, 50, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 19, found guilty, fined $250.

Dennis C. Smith, 50, Peru, operating under the influence with one prior on May 21, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended 18 months.

Philip M. Smith, 42, Roxbury, illegal transportation of animal or bird on Nov. 18, 2004 and Dec. 10, 2004, both charges dismissed.

Jason Reed Standeven, 31, Andover, assault on Feb. 7, dismissed.

Jason C. Stearns, 18, Rumford, attaching false plates and failure to register a vehicle on May 31, both charges filed with no cost.

Brandy L. Therrien, 26, Mexico, assault and disorderly conduct on May 18, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Raymond Thomas, 38, Mexico, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 15, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail with all but 12 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended 18 months; second charge dismissed.

Eric S. Tidswell, 29, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 19, 2004, dismissed; also charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on Dec. 6, 2004, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Amber Tuck, 27, Bethel, violating condition of release on Nov. 15, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours at the county jail.

Leroy Varnum Jr., 37, Rumford, disorderly conduct on Aug. 10, dismissed.

Chad M. Warren, 21, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 30, dismissed.

Jeffrey J. Waugh, 20, Peru, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 11, both charges sent to jury trial.

Lainie J. Wilkinson, 36, Rumford, assault on Oct. 23, not enough information to bring the case forward.

Lisa Williams, 29, West Paris, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on June 16, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.
