RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Kenneth W. Camick, 47, Augusta, two counts of assault on Feb. 5, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 25 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation on second charge.

Glen Charette, 43, Litchfield, N.H., hunting without a valid license on Oct. 29, waived, fined $100.

Marc A. Chartier, 28, Andover, criminal mischief on Oct. 11, 2003, found guilty, fined $500 and $90 restitution.

Travis L. Child, 19, Peru, disorderly conduct on May 12 and violating condition of release on July 1, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days on first charge; sentenced to four days and $260 restitution on second charge.

Leigh Cluff, 34, Andover, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, failing to make an oral or written accident report and operating a vehicle without a license on July 2, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500; third charge dismissed.

Freeman F. Corriveau, 27, Newry, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 31, filed, fined $100.

Nathan J. Dayon, 24, Rumford, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor and violating condition of release on Nov. 14, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

James W. Gibbons, 48, Rumford, assault on March 15 and March 16, both charges dismissed.

Jeremy C. Gibbs, 21, Bethel, operating under the influence on June 18, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Joseph A. Gower, 49, Rumford, assault on Sept. 9, filed with no cost.

Alicia L. Hagen, 26, Rumford, criminal mischief on June 3 and criminal trespass on June 30, both charges filed with no cost.

Jamie L. Hall, 28, Woodstock, keeping a dangerous dog on Aug. 13, dismissed.

John J. Hansen, 18, Rumford, operating an ATV on a public way and operating an unregistered ATV on June 7, offense committed on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Scott A. Hart, 23, Auburn, assault on Aug. 31, found guilty, fined $300.

Eric Hiscock, 27, Livermore, operating under the influence and possession of marijuana on June 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Aaron Jason Jackson, 20, Rumford, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on July 30, found guilty, fined $350.

Charles M. Kennedy Jr., 43, Canton, assault on May 20, dismissed.

Roland T. Litalien, 81, Mexico, operating under the influence on June 16, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.
