Robert J. Gardner, 22, Pawtucket, R.I., possession of marijuana Aug. 19 in Rangeley. Fined $350.

Michael J. Germain, 44, Farmington, criminal trespass May 17 in Jay. Fined $100.

Frank E. Gormley Jr., 47, Dexter, attaching false plates July 3 in Farmington. Fined $200. A charge of failing to register vehicle July 3 in Farmington was dismissed.

James Gould, 37, Phillips, two counts of terrorizing Aug. 23 in Phillips. First charge dismissed; second, fined $200.

Michael J. Granberg, 35, Rangeley, driving while license suspended or revoked July 7 in Rangeley. Case dismissed.

Richard S. Haines, 23, Rumford, driving while license was suspended or revoked June 6 in Salem. Fined $250.

Justin Haley, 22, Rangeley, driving while license suspended or revoked June 10 in Rangeley. Fined $200.

Rebecca E. Haley, 27, Wilton, driving under the influence Aug. 20 in Farmington. Charge was transferred to Superior Court.

Sean E. Haley, 22, Phillips, permitting unlawful use July 4 in Rangeley. Fined $150.

Kevin F. Hallock, 32, Farmington, driving while license suspended or revoked July 8 in Wilton. Fined $600.

Jason Hanson, 27, Farmington, driving while license suspended or revoked Dec. 11 in Carrabassett Valley. Fined $500.

Candy L. Hathaway, 28, Phillips, driving after license suspension May 19 in Phillips. Fined $250.

Candy L. Hathaway, 28, Phillips, forgery, May 17 in Phillips. Fined $200 and ordered to make restitution of $175. For a charge of theft by receiving stolen property May 17 in Phillips, she was fined $200.

Stephen J. Hebert, 47, Jay, driving under the influence July 8 in Jay. Fined $500 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Melissa Henderson, 21, Farmington, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and assault on an emergency medical care provider Aug. 11 in Farmington. Probable cause was found for both charges.

Kristopher L. Hiltz, 28, Chesterville, violating condition of release July 22 in Chesterville. Charge was transferred to Superior Court.

Nicole E. Hoffman, 26, Farmington, driving under the influence Sept. 15 in Industry. A 90-day sentence was suspended, and she was placed on probation for one year. A charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 15 in Industry was dismissed. For a charge of endangering the welfare of a child Sept. 15 in Industry, a 90-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year.

Nicole E. Hoffman, 26, Farmington, harassment by telephone Sept. 16 in Industry. A $500 fine was suspended by $400. A charge of violating condition of release Sept. 16 in Industry was dismissed.

Steven J. Hoffman, 54, Ellington, Conn., fishing without a valid license Aug. 9 in Rangeley. Fined $100.

Betsey G. Holland, 20, Farmington, being a minor possessing liquor Sept. 8 in Farmington. Fined $200.

John Hovey III, 30, Skowhegan, burning without a permit Sept. 13 in Carrabassett Valley. Fined $50.

Willard T. Howard, 22, Livermore Falls, criminal mischief July 16 in Eustis. Sentenced for 48 hours and ordered to make restitution of $403.75.

Robert A. Howarth, 47, Lisbon, kindling fire without permission Sept. 5 in Madrid. Fined $100.

Lisa Humphrey, 34, Alburg, Vt., two counts of forgery July 5 in New Vineyard. Probable cause was found for both charges.

Leon D. Huntley, 44, Woodbury, Conn., driving/permitting operation of unregistered motorboat Aug. 9 in Rangeley. Fined $100.

Carl S. Hutchinson, 47, Farmington, assault, Sept. 28 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Randy C. Hutchinson II, 23, New Sharon, driving under the influence March 19 in New Sharon. Fined $700 and all but 30 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended. He was placed on probation for a year and license suspended 18 months.

Jordyn L. Jackson, 19, Stratton, driving under the influence Aug. 19 in Farmington. Fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Adam T. Jacobs, 19, Monmouth, being a minor possessing liquor July 9 in Jay. Fined $200.

Michael T. Jacobs, 36, Farmington, being a fugitive from justice Oct. 27 in Farmington. Charge dismissed.

Lori James, 42, Farmington, stalking June 30, 2004, in Farmington. Charge dismissed. For a charge of harassment Oct. 6 in Farmington, a 180-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for a year.

Scott A. Kelley, 49, Wilton, allowing a dog to be at large Sept. 17 in Wilton. Fined $50.

Donald Knight Jr., 39, Jay, assault July 6 in Jay. Case dismissed.

Valorie Knox, 20, Farmington, being a minor transporting liquor July 23 in Chesterville. Case was dismissed. For a charge of being a minor possessing liquor July 23 in Chesterville, she was fined $300.

Jeff Kochs, 31, Farmington, failing to carry license July 16 in Industry. Fined $100.

Boyd H. Ladd II, 24, Wilton, sale and use of drug paraphernalia Sept. 14 in Farmington. Case dismissed. For a charge of possession of marijuana Sept. 14 in Farmington. Fined $350.

Levi K. Ladd, 23, Farmington, driving under the influence Sept. 16 in Farmington. Case was transferred to Superior Court.

Corey Lagasse, 19, Concord Twp., driving while license suspended or revoked July 23 in Kingfield. Fined $250.

Benjamin Laigle, 22, Weld, unlawful possession of scheduled drug Aug. 6 in Weld. Fined $500. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug Aug. 6 in Weld was dismissed.

Vincent H. Lake Jr., 38, Farmington, driving under the influence July 23 in Farmington. Fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Katy LaPlante, 21, North Jay, elevated aggravated assault, aggravated assault, driving under the influence-injury or death, leaving scene of motor vehicle accident/aggravated Aug. 3 in Wilton. Probable cause was found for all four charges.

David E. Ledbetter, 27, Skowhegan, forgery Dec. 15, 2001, in Jay. Sentenced for 40 days and probation partially revoked.

Karen H. Lee, 18, Wilton, forgery July 12 in Chesterville. Fined $500. A charge of illegally using motor vehicle title July 12 in Chesterville was dismissed.

Steve E. Lee Sr., 45, Wilton, harassment by telephone Aug. 21 in Wilton. Fined $200.

Carrie Lesney, 35, Portland, Conn., sale and use of drug paraphernalia July 26 in Farmington. Fined $350. For a charge of possession of marijuana July 26 in Farmington, fined $400.

Norman C. Lewis, 21, Chesterville, possession of marijuana July 25 in Farmington. Fined $350.

Amanda M. Lincoln, 19, Plaistow, N.H., sale and use of drug paraphernalia Sept. 4 in Rangeley. Fined $300.

Brian Long, 31, Rangeley, driving under the influence Sept. 4 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Adam V. Longchamps, 19, Greene, being a minor transporting liquor Sept. 3 in Rangeley. Fined $200 and license suspended for 30 days.

Chancell A. Luce, 22, Strong, driving under the influence July 2 in Farmington. Case was dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger July 2 in Farmington, fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.

Matthew S. Luce, 34, New Vineyard, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident July 7 in New Vineyard. Case was dismissed. For a charge of failing to make oral or written accident report July 7 in New Vineyard, fined $200.
