SUNRISE, Fla. – Olli Jokinen scored a power-play goal at 3:57 of overtime to give the Florida Panthers a 4-3 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks.

Jokinen’s shot from the center point got past Nikolai Khabibulin with six seconds remaining on Mark Bell’s interference penalty. It was Jokinen’s 12th goal.

Nathan Horton scored twice to help the Panthers send Chicago to its fifth straight road loss. Horton has three goals in two games since returning from a 10-game absence due to a sprained knee.

The Blackhawks rallied from a 3-1 deficit with third-period goals by Rene Bourque and Brent Seabrook. Bourque scored his sixth at 7:10 and Seabrook added his fifth at 13:02.

Seabrook tied it when Roberto Luongo failed to stop his floater from just inside the blue line with one second remaining on the power play.

Luongo made 35 saves for the Panthers, who have won three of five after losing 12 straight.

Chicago lost in overtime one night after being beaten in a shootout at Tampa Bay. Khabibulin, who helped the Lightning win the 2004 Stanley Cup, didn’t play against his former teammates on Friday.

Martin Lapointe scored a power-play goal at 6:08 of the third period to cut Florida’s lead to 2-1. Just 12 seconds later, Horton poked in a loose puck that was in the crease for his 10th goal, giving the Panthers a two-goal lead.

Horton and Juraj Kolnik scored to give Florida a 2-0 lead after one period.

Horton netted his ninth goal at 13:52. Gary Roberts had the puck behind the net and sent a pass in front where Horton was alone to wrist a shot past Khabibulin.

Kolnik finished a 3-on-2 break at 18:10 with his fifth goal and his first in 18 games. Lukas Krajicek skated in on the left side and sent a pass that missed teammate Martin Gelinas but found Kolnik, who fired the puck from the right circle past Khabibulin.

Chicago failed to score on a 5-on-3 power-play that lasted 1:51. Florida also killed Washington’s 1:21 two-man advantage in a 3-2 win on Thursday night.

Khabibulin stopped 22 shots for the Blackhawks, who were 2-for-8 on power plays.
