RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Archies Inc., Mexico, unsafe or defective vehicle rule violation on Sept. 15, waived, fined $500.

Joseph R. Arsenault, 24, Rumford, assault on Aug. 18, sent to jury trial.

James P. Barbioni, 22, East Dixfield, disorderly conduct on Nov. 28, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Chad W. Dyer, 21, Turner, operating under the influence on Sept. 25, sent to jury trial.

John A. Forrence Jr., 42, Hudson, N.H., hunting without a valid license on Oct. 29, waived, fined $100.

Harold A. Hinckley, 38, Albany Township, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 31, dismissed.

Norman Hutchinson, 45, Mexico, cultivating marijuana on Sept. 22, dismissed.

Michael P. Moore, 21, Rumford, criminal trespass on Sept. 4, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

Brandon L. Nichols, 21, Rumford, disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and assault on Aug. 2, all charges dismissed.

Brandon L. Nichols, 21, Norway, attaching false plates, operating while license suspended and violating condition of release on Nov. 15, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $250 for each charge.

Wanda Pike, 51, Rumford, allowing a dog to be at large on Oct. 17, waived, fined $50.

Lewis Tracy, 46, South Paris, hunting moose not in presence of permittee on Oct. 10, waived, fined $200.

Jonathan G. Welch, 32, Dixfield, operating under the influence on Oct. 1, sent to jury trial.
