AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Stacey Bailey, 33, Lewiston, probation violation on a March 12, 2003, negotiating a worthless instrument charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail with all suspended, one year probation and $1,048.84 restitution.

Valerie Barclay, 44, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 5, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail.

Nicholas R. Beckey, 37, Livermore, gross sexual assault and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on July 12, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Susan A. Brett, 38, New Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 23, 2004, and July 7, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 20 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 20 days suspended and one year probation on second charge.

Michael Keith Cloutier, 44, Lewiston, probation violation on a Oct. 29, 2004, terrorizing charge, sentenced to 75 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Robert Coutts, 67, Poland, driving deer on Nov. 25, 2004, found guilty, fined $200.

Charity Croteau, 25, Auburn, probation violation on a Aug. 24, 2002, negotiating a worthless instrument charge, sentenced to three days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Ali M. Derie, 31, Lewiston, unlawful sexual contact and assault on Oct. 1, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Scott A. Dingwell, 26, Gray, aggravated assault and assault on Sept. 24, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 15 days at the county jail.

Lisa Gatts, 36, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 30, 2004, found guilty, fined $200 and sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail.

Todd S. Greene, 39, South Paris, gross sexual assault and two counts of unlawful sexual contact on Jan. 1, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 60 days suspended and one year probation on second charge; sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation on third charge.

Tyler D. Hammond, 21, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on Sept. 2, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 10 days at the county jail.

Thurlow Misty Dawn Hodge, 28, Standish, terrorizing and obstructing the report of a crime on July 20, both charges dismissed.

Zachary D. Jones, 39, South Portland, habitual motor vehicle offender on Sept. 19, 2004, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to seven days at the county jail.

Douglas Andrew Lane, 42, Lewiston, probation violations on the Aug. 14, 1996, gross sexual assault charge and July 15, 1997, gross sexual assault charge, sentenced to five months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Todd D. Lyons, 22, Auburn, probation violation on a Dec. 26, 2003, burglary charge, sentenced to 31 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Jeremy Wayne Miller, 33, Auburn, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, two counts of violating condition of release and two counts of violation of a protective order on Oct. 4, all charges dismissed.

James R. Mooney, 32, New Gloucester, driving deer on Nov. 25, 2004, found guilty, fined $1,000.

William J. Mooney, 33, New Gloucester, driving deer on Nov. 25, 2004, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Kristy Nadeau, 24, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 3, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

David N. Nielson, 41, Lewiston, gross sexual assault on Sept. 20, 2004, dismissed.

Charles Ogorchukwu Ogwudiegwu, 38, Lewiston, allowing a minor to possess liquor on Feb. 14, 2004, dismissed; also charged with gross sexual assault, allowing a minor to possess liquor, and three counts of procuring liquor for a minor on April 16, 2004, first, second, third and fourth charges dismissed; found guilty on fifth charge, fined $1,000.

Scott A. Packard, 41, Sabattus, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, criminal forfeiture, and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on June 15, 2004, first, second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to nine months at the county jail with all suspended and two years probation.

Eric Joseph Peters, 26, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 22, 2004, found guilty, fined $400.

Branden Polley, 19, Lewiston, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 27, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 15 days suspended, one year probation and $80 restitution on first charge; sentenced to 15 days at the county jail on second charge.

Frederick Porter, 26, Queens, N.Y., probation violation on a Jan. 12, 1999, aggravated trafficking or furnishing or scheduled drugs charge, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Richard E. Porter, 29, Windham, assault on Sept. 24, 2004, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Arthur D. Reed, 63, West Newfield, driving deer on Nov. 25, 2004, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Nicholas T. Richard, 27, Sanford, disseminating sexually explicit material on June 24, 2004, and 12 counts of possession of sexually explicit material on July 1, 2004, all charges dismissed.

James Aaron Richards, 31, Auburn, unlawful sexual contact on Jan. 1, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Timothy J. Richardson, 29, Greene, operating under the influence, operating after suspension and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on May 5, 2004, found guilty on all charges, fined $2,100, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail with all but six months suspended, two years probation and license and registration suspended six years on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail on second charge; sentenced to 90 days at the county jail on third charge.

Mark A. Roark, 20, Turner, operating under the influence on Sept. 11, 2004, found guilty, fined $500.

Jamie Everett Robbins, 22, Durham, failing to stop for an officer on Sept. 19, found guilty, fined $850.

John F. Sawyer, 31, Windham, reckless violation of a protective order on July 27, dismissed.

Christopher L. Sheldon, 21, Rumford, gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact on July 31, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation; also charged with gross sexual assault on Aug. 2, 2004, dismissed.

Eric E. Strout, 19, Auburn, terrorizing on Sept. 24, dismissed.

Patrick D. Sullivan, 45, China, operating after habitual offender revocation and failure to register a vehicle on July 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and sentenced to seven days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Richard Tarbox, 42, Lewiston, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs and endangering the welfare of a child on May 21, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300; also charged with aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs on May 24, 2004, dismissed.

Jason Gabriel Toomey, 28, Mechanic Falls, probation violation on a March 19, 2000, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to 116 days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued and $13,331.86 restitution.

Kenneth W. Tourtelotte, 30, Livermore Falls, probation violation on a June 1, 2001, operating motor vehicle after revocation charge, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Brain M. Watts, 20, Auburn, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 9, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 14 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to 14 days at the county jail on second charge.

Michael Whitcomb, 51, Brewer, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and home repair fraud on April 14, 2004, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 60 days suspended, two years probation and $3,255 restitution; second charge dismissed.

Debra L. Wing, 45, Auburn, probation violation on a July 5, 2004, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug charge, sentenced to three years at the state prison and probation partially revoked.
