Blood drive today

RUMFORD – A community holiday blood drive dedicated to Phil Mercier will be held from 12:30 to 6 p.m. today, at the American Legion Hall, 184 Congress St., sponsored by the Knights of Columbus.

PERU – The Families In Crisis Task Force will hold a Christmas present give-out for parents and grandparents of needy children in Oxford County from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Dec. 15, and from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, at the Rockemeka Hall, 92 Peru Center Road.
