Mario A. Albanese, 36, West Roxbury, Mass., failure to submit a report on Feb. 28, waived, fined $100.

Mark D. Antonellis, 41, Newton, Mass., operating under the influence on Aug. 26, sent to jury trial.

William H. Bailey, 29, Norway, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 21, found guilty, fined $250.

Kristy A. Bell, 19, Oxford, unlawful use of a license on Oct. 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Jason Michael Brown, 28, Waterford, unlawful use of inhalants on Aug. 22 and violating a protective order on Sept. 14, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 60 days.

Ryan E. Brown, 24, Oxford, assault on Sept. 27, dismissed.

Randall J. Butters, 48, Stoneham, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Oct. 8, both charges filed with no cost.

Rita A. Cantin, 49, Oxford, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard Carruthers, 59, Rumford, assault on Sept. 4, found guilty, sentenced to six months with all but two days suspended and two years probation.

Tanya Cary, 20, Oxford, assault on Aug. 20, sent to jury trial.

Anthony Christian, 20, Livermore Falls, criminal speed on June 5, found guilty, fined $300.

Christopher P. Cobbett, 30, Norway, abuse of property while hunting and guide knowingly assisting a client in a criminal violation on Sept. 30, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; second charge dismissed.

Scott L. Coffin, 36, Bryant Pond, assault on June 25, dismissed.

Scott L. Coffin, 36, Woodstock, disorderly conduct on Aug. 22 and violating condition of release on Nov. 8, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 36 hours for each charge.

David P. Corkum, 42, Windham, operating without lake or river protection sticker on July 17, fined $75 by default.

Eric Crowley, 18, Buckfield, criminal mischief on June 22, filed with no cost.

Vincent A. Cyr, 38, Buckfield, probation violation on the Dec. 19, 2003, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and two criminal mischief charges, sentenced to 364 days and probation revoked, for each charge.

Natasha L. Dubois, 18, Oxford, possession of liquor by a minor on July 9, adjudicated, fined $200.

Dale A. Durgin Jr., 28, Norway, operating while license suspended or revoked, unlawful use of a license and displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on Oct. 27, found guilty on all charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 for each on second and third charge.

Michael T. Early, 23, Silver Springs, Fla., fugitive from justice on Aug. 5, dismissed.

Derick V. Emery, 24, West Paris, operating while license suspended or revoked, failure to register a vehicle and unlawful use of a license on May 10, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second and third charges dismissed.

Vickie L. Feeley, 47, Peru, operating under the influence with one prior on Sept. 23, sent to jury trial.

James C. Flagg, 28, South Paris, operating under the influence on Oct. 14, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Bryan Freese, 26, Harrison, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident and failing to make an oral or written accident report on May 4, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

David Mayberry, 27, Oxford, two counts of allowing a dog to be at large and two counts of keeping a dangerous dog on July 22, first charge dismissed; offence committed on second, third and fourth charges, fined $150 on second charge; fined $200 for each on third and fourth charges; also charged with out of door burning violation on Sept. 24, found guilty, fined $100.

David Mayberry, 27, Norway, two counts of allowing a dog to be at large on Aug. 5, both charges dismissed.

Michael A. Roberts, 48, Norway, sex offender failing to register or update information on Nov. 10, 2002, Feb. 10, 2003 and May 10, 2003, all charges dismissed.

Jessica M. Rolfe, 20, Norway, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 6, dismissed.

Ashly M. Smith, 19, Harrison, possession of liquor by a minor on July 9, offense committed, fined $200.

Christopher Spearrin, 32, New Gloucester, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic apparatuses on Feb. 4, first, second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, fined $1,500 and sentenced to 21 days; also charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating condition of release on March 24, both charges dismissed.

Kirby L. Sprague, 20, South Paris, operating under the influence and possession of liquor by a minor on June 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Ronald S. Tripp, 39, Lewiston, assault, terrorizing and operating a vehicle without a license on July 20, all charges dismissed.

Sherri L. Vaccaro, 37, South Paris, allowing a dog to be at large on Oct. 17, adjudicated, fined $100.

Doug L. Warner, 47, Waterford, failure to register a vehicle on Nov. 5, waived, fined $100.
