Carol W. Richards, 52, Rumford, operating under the influence on Aug. 11, sent to jury trial.

Jeffrey D. Richards, 39, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked, attaching false plates and failure to give a correct name, address or date of birth on Aug. 1, all charges dismissed.

Peter Richards, 24, Lewiston, criminal speed on July 4, found guilty, fined $350 and license suspended 14 days.

Jason T. Riethmann, 19, Auburn, two counts of assault on Aug. 25, both charges sent to jury trial.

Ronald N. Rines, 46, North Windham, indecent conduct on June 16, 2004, and violating a protective order on June 1, found guilty on both charges, unconditional discharge on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

David P. Ritchie, 47, Auburn, violating condition of release on Sept. 29, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Clinton J. Robbins, 19, Topsham, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 1, fined $300 by default.

David E. Robbins, 39, Lewiston, violating a protective order on July 20, transferred to Superior Court.

Benjamin Roberts, 27, Auburn, terrorizing on June 10, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days with all but 10 days suspended and 10 months probation.

Joseph Robichaud, 32, Auburn, possession of marijuana on Aug. 16, offense committed, fined $350.

Rodney D. Robichaud, 35, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 13, found guilty, fined $600 and sentenced to five days.

Jaime Rodriguez, 27, South Portland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on May 20, dismissed.

Nancy Rogala, 46, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 15, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Christopher M. Rooney, 52, Pearl River, N.Y., duty status not current rule violation on July 21, found guilty, fined $250.

William N. Rouille, 19, Lewiston, furnishing liquor to a minor and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on May 25 and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Sept. 28, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $200 for each charge; third charge transferred to Superior Court.

Alan James Roy, 24, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Oct. 3, found guilty, sentenced to 21 days.

Sarah J. Runnion Bareford, 29, Laconia, N.H., operating a vehicle without a license on July 31, found guilty, fined $100.

Charles Sanders, 45, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation on Aug. 10, dismissed.

Monica C. Sanders, 32, Bartlett, Tenn., operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 13, 2004, found guilty, fined $200.

Jeffrey D. Sarmiento, 19, Lewiston, carrying a concealed weapon and attaching false plates on March 17, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Jessica L. Saucier, 21, Lewiston, assault and violating condition of release on Nov. 13, 2004, found guilty on both charges, unconditional discharge for each charge; also charged with criminal trespass on April 14, found guilty, sentenced to one day.

Christopher D. Saulnier, 22, Turner, trafficking in dangerous knives and two counts of operating a vehicle without a license on Aug. 24, found guilty on all charges, fined $100 for each on first and second charges; fined $150 on third charge.

Jason A. Saunders, 18, Buckfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Rebecca J. Sawyer, 38, Jay, operating under the influence on July 14, sent to jury trial.

Wendy Shaw, 20, Lewiston, assault and disorderly conduct on May 21, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, ordered to 15 hours of community service.

Dennis Smith, 59, Lewiston, indecent conduct and two counts of visual sexual aggression against a child on July 14 and disorderly conduct on July 15, all charges sent to jury trial.

Johnathan Smith, 25, Lewiston, probation violation on a Sept. 17, 2004, assault charge, sentenced to 10 days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Johnathan Troy Smith, 25, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Sept. 1, dismissed.

Shane G. Smith, 19, Harpswell, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 11, filed, fined $100.

Walter Howard Smith Jr., 38, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 15, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 300 days with all but nine days suspended and one year probation.

David E. Varney, 42, South Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on March 25, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

Melissa Whitney, 42, Lewiston, theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property and misuse of identification on July 27, both charges sent to jury trial.

Kevin Whitten, 29, Lisbon Falls, disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and obstructing government administration on Aug. 13, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $150 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Joseph P. Whittier, 23, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 23, found guilty, fined $250.

Carla J. Wight, 38, Poland, furnishing liquor to a minor on May 28, dismissed.

Michael Williams, 27, Litchfield, operating without a license expired for more than 90 days on April 11, 2000, found guilty, fined $100.

Steven F. Witham Jr., 37, Lewiston, operating under the influence with one prior on Feb. 24, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license and registration suspended 18 months.

Crystal Lee Wood, 26, Auburn, assault on Aug. 21, violating condition of release on Aug. 25, and assault on Aug. 26, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 120 days, with all but three days suspended, and one year probation.

Donna Wotton, 39, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Sept. 16 and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Sept. 28, both charges transferred to Superior Court.
