Abdullahi I. Abdullah, 21, Lewiston, unlawful sexual touching on Sept. 3, sent to jury trial; also charged with violating condition of release on Oct. 4 and Oct. 20, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to five days on first charge and seven days on second charge.

Antonio Abreu, 35, Lewiston, murder on Sept. 12, transferred to Superior Court.

Edward D. Adams, 43, Livermore Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 14, found guilty, fined $75 and $170 restitution.

Melissa C. Adams, 47, Auburn, operating under the influence with on prior on Sept. 7, sent to jury trial.

Joshua J. Alexander, 19, Lewiston, assault and criminal mischief on Aug. 30, both charges sent to jury trial.

Shawn Michael Alexander, 27, Auburn, violating condition of release on Oct. 28, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Edward Alonso, 33, Queens, N.Y., operating after license suspension on Aug. 22, found guilty, fined $250.

Jeremy Anderson, 23, Portland, creating a false public alarm or report on Aug. 27, 2000, found guilty, fined $75.

Leveck Stephanie Anton, 31, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Oct. 11, 2002, found guilty, fined $100.

Stephanie Anton, 31, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 7, found guilty, fined $150.

Wilson Arroyo, 41, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 27, transferred to Superior Court.

Anthony Artea, 26, Buckfield, operating under the influence on June 26, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Jacob Arundel, 23, Auburn, operating under the influence with one prior on Aug. 26, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced two seven days and license and registration suspended 18 months.

Andrew Scott Ash, 34, Gray, probation violation on a April 21, 2004, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug charge, sentenced to five days and probation partially revoked.

Keith R. Aube, 40, Lewiston, assault on July 13, dismissed.

Edward G. Baldridge, 32, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 20, found guilty, fined $250.

Jeremy Barnies, 22, criminal mischief on July 8, found guilty, fined $200 and $150 restitution.

John R. Bartos, 22, Auburn, criminal trespass on May 20 and allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on May 27, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Rhonda S. Bean, 48, Sabattus, operating under the influence with one prior on March 26, found guilty, no sentence imposed.

Tammy D. Beasley, 42, Chesterville, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 25, found guilty, fined $250.

Stephen G. Beaulieu, 38, Fairfield, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 28, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days on first charge; fined $400 on second charge.

Anthony J. Belisle, 27, Auburn, operating under the influence with one prior on April 2, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license and registration suspended 18 months.

Christopher Bell, 20, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 14, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days with all but three days suspended and one year probation.
