RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Tyler Amburg, 18, Dixfield, operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license and failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 7, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second and third charges dismissed.

Danielle M. Bernard, 21, Rumford, disorderly conduct on Oct. 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Nicole Leanne Blodgett, 20, Rumford, disorderly conduct on Oct. 20, found guilty, fined $75.

Pamela J. Blodgett, 45, Rumford, disorderly conduct on Oct. 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Joshua S. Bradbury, 24, Harrison, operating under the influence with one prior, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Oct. 27, all charges sent to jury trial.

Ambrose L. Brooks, 40, Greenwood, operating under the influence on Sept. 17, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Daniel J. Brown, 28, Pownal, hunting on a Sunday on Oct. 23, fined $100.

Jeffrey Brown, 18, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 28, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Marcus Carter, 24, Rumford, failure to pay parking fines on Oct. 28, dismissed.

David Cherkis, 37, Bethel, criminal speed on Oct. 1, found guilty, fined $250.

Matthew J. Cummings, 32, Greenwood, operating under the influence on Oct. 1, sent to jury trial.

Tyler R. Curtis, 23, Fort Lewis, Wash., obstructing government administration on Dec. 1, found guilty, fined $200.

Courtney Sue Derouche, 19, Peru, permitting unlawful use on Sept. 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Patrick Eaton, 31, Milton Township, failing to stop for an officer, operating a vehicle without a license, operation of a defective vehicle and failure to register a vehicle on Sept. 17, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $500 and sentenced to 48 hours on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours on second charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Shelley Raye Elliot, 26, Rumford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and creating a false public alarm or report on June 18, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $400.

Mary Anne Forbes, 49, Hanover, two counts of keeping an unlicensed dog on Oct. 3, offense committed on first charge, fined $50; second charge dismissed.

Christy D. Fournier, 20, Mexico, unsworn falsification on April 15, found guilty, fined $150.

Robert W. Gallant, 51, Peru, false public alarm or report on Sept. 19, found guilty, fined $150.

Leah Mae Gamez, 21, Rumford, operating after license suspended on Oct. 19, dismissed.

Margaret C. Genthner, 23, Rumford, theft by receiving stolen property on Oct. 6, dismissed.

Aaron James Griffin, 18, Rumford, possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 28, offense committed, fined $200.

Dana Scott Gross, 20, Mexico, failing to make an oral or written accident report on Oct. 14, found guilty, fined $200.

Michael W. Hill, 40, Strafford, Vt., loaded firearm in a motor vehicle on Nov. 11, waived, fined $100.

Adam Ketcheson, 32, Monreal, Canada, criminal speed on Sept. 30, dismissed.

Glen A. Knox, 20, Canton, possession of marijuana on Nov. 5, offense committed, fined $350.

Robert J. Laux, 57, Bethel, operating under the influence on Oct. 15, sent to jury trial.

Robyn L. Leavitt, 23, Rumford, failure to pay parking fines on Oct. 20, dismissed.

Dustin R. Leblanc, 19, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 28, found guilty, fined $250.

Rodney J. Levesque, 25, Bethel, disorderly conduct on Oct. 6, found guilty, fined $125.

Troy Lord, 29, Mexico, disorderly conduct on Aug. 21, waived, fined $100.

Sandra Madden, 46, Mexico, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 25, found guilty, fined $125.

Douglas Stephen May, 36, Casco, operating a motor vehicle after revocation and operating under the influence on Oct. 22, 2003, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Heath McDonald, 36, Dixfield, failure to visit traps in an organized town on Oct. 25, dismissed.

Michael L. Merrill, 40, Rumford, violating condition of release on Dec. 2, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

George P. Moreau, 39, Bath, kindling fire without a permit on Sept. 3, waived, fined $100.

Jason N. Mowery, 21, Bethel, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 26, dismissed.

Edwin Newell, 49, Dixfield, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Dec. 11, 2004, found guilty, fined $350.

Stephen M. Perkins, 22, Rumford, attaching false plates and failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 14, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 for each charge.

Daniel W. Richard, 19, Mexico, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 5, found guilty, fined $125.
