Jacklyne Poole, 19, Lewiston, assault on June 29, found guilty, fined $300.

Miriam Prestridge, 24, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on July 9, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours; second charge dismissed.

Michael Proctor, 33, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Aug. 9, filed, fined $100.

David Pugh, 31, District Heights, Md., operating after suspension on Nov. 25, 1997, found guilty, fined $150.

John Purcell, 25, Auburn, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking on March 11, and forgery on March 15, March 17 and March 28, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Michael Reaves, 25, Lewiston, burglary on Sept. 22, transferred to Superior Court.

Michael Record, 19, Oxford, cruelty to animals on June 22, found guilty, fined $500.

Karna Reed, 38, Lewiston, criminal trespass on Aug. 7, found guilty, fined $75.

Jamel Reese, 24, Lewiston, violating a protective order on June 15 and July 9, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 364 days with all suspended and one year probation for each charge.

Rachel Rembert, 19, Westbrook, driving to endanger on July 4, 2004, found guilty, fined $100 and license suspended 30 days.

Paredes Saul Reynoso, 19, Auburn, indecent conduct on Aug. 16, found guilty, fined $100.
