AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Aaron J. Aldrich, 24, Portland, burglary on Aug. 4, dismissed.

Kevin J. Arsenault, 42, North Yarmouth, probation violation on a Jan. 21, 2004, aggravated criminal mischief charge, sentenced to 13 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Philip John Brown, 22, Norway, eluding an officer, driving to endanger and criminal speed on Sept. 29, 2004, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $600, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 12 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to four days at the county jail and license suspended 30 days on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Jason Scott Close, 23, Norway, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 5, dismissed.

Susan Daley, 47, Yarmouth, stealing drugs and endangering the welfare of a dependent person on May 15, 2004, found guilty on both charges, fined $400, sentenced to nine months at the county jail with all suspended and two years probation on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation on second charge.

Henry F. Dimouro, 29, Jay, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery on June 10, 2002, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and ordered to pay $1,250 restitution; second charge dismissed.

Anthony A. Dipierro, 25, Lewiston, criminal threatening on Nov. 9, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Michael E. Dobson Jr., 22, New Gloucester, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 16, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Joel P. Dumond, 30, Greene, operating under the influence with one prior, failing to make an oral or written accident report and driving to endanger on Sept. 20, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and license suspended 30 days on first charge; fined $900, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and license suspended 30 days on second charge.

Tonia S. Greene, 22, Brooklyn, N.Y., unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug, illegal importation of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture on Aug. 11, 2004, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended and two years probation for each charge; third charge forfeited.

Randy A. Hicks, operating under the influence with injury or death on Sept. 22, 2004, found guilty, fined $2,100, sentenced to two years and six months at the county jail with all but seven months and 15 days suspended, two years probation and license and registration suspended six years.

Todd Ingalls, 29, Gardiner, probation violation on an April 21, 2002, assault charge, sentenced to 10 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Todd Ivan Ingalls, 29, Pittsfield, probation violation on a Dec. 11, 2004, assault charge, sentenced to 180 days at the county jail with all but 12 days suspended and one year probation.

Joseph R. Langlois, 20, Lewiston, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 19, 2004, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Kevin Anthony Lemm, 39, Poland Spring, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and driving to endanger on Sept. 9, 2004, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

David Lovallo, 23, Lewiston, probation violation on a Jan. 19, 2002, robbery charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

David Matthew Lovallo, 23, Portland, assault on an officer on June 30, dismissed.

George Merchant, 25, Lisbon, operating after habitual offender revocation on Oct. 10, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 60 days suspended and one year probation.

Michelle R. Marston, 34, Auburn, negotiating a worthless instrument on Aug. 14, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all suspended, one year probation and ordered to pay $1,162.10 restitution.

William Cornell Murchison, 21, Lewiston, aggravated assault on Oct. 21, 2004, dismissed.

Robert M. Ouellette, 63, Auburn, on Nov. 25, 2004, charged with murder, dismissed; also charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, found guilty, sentenced to five years at the state prison with all but one year and 10 days suspended and two years probation; also charged with terrorizing and three counts of assault, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to six months for each charge; also charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, dismissed; and reckless conduct, found guilty, sentenced to five years at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation.

Eric Joseph Peters, 26, Lewiston, aggravated criminal mischief and criminal trespass on Oct. 22, 2004, both charges dismissed.
